El Mesón Sandwiches (Las Catalinas Mall) — Restaurant in Caguas

Employees are rude. On June 5, 2021 between 9:30 AM to 9:50 AM I did not get serve my food because I was not wearing a mask on my car. Even after the employee took my credit card and charged me for it. I order from my car at the drive through. I did not get my food but I still was charged for it and have not received a credit on my Credit Card. The must ironic part was that the restaurant was full capacity of customers eating inside (no mask) plus a long line of people in line of people, some with no mask and none of them were keeping the 6 feet distance rule. Yesterday, l got some food to take to the house, which consisted of asopao de gandules and "Un Cubano" that is when the experience started to go South. The asopao was dastardly, it was horrible. It was watery, tasteless and no consistency whatsoever. Somebody didn't do our asopao de gandules justice and it's a crying shame. Tha cubano, the bread was so thick and the meats were less and thinner, that is my appreciation of the sandwich. I had never had a bad experience in your stores but yesterday left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

Please, please if you are going to make the asopao...

We came out of a late night activity and we where starving , did not have knowledge that it had open already, we where heading to Taco Bell and we said nahhhh. We pulled up ordered a Submarine sandwich a Pastrami and croquets , oh my lord the quality and freshness of the food was incredible, i was not expecting that 20 minutes to closing the food would have been so darn good.
