Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cahokia

I've been on hold over 30 minutes total (night before Thanksgiving). I placed my first call at 10:42 pm, after 13 minutes someone hung up. Another 13 minutes on hold, then hang up. Nearly 8 minutes into 3rd call, and again they're not picking up. You should post your holiday hours online, or send calls to a prerecorded message explaining you're on a holiday schedule and closing 2 hours early (the night BEFORE the actual holiday). So not cool!

7/4/2020 - Online order took 25 minutes to QUALITY CHECK, WTH?

11/7/2020 - Anna began quality checking my order at 7:25 pm, it is now 8:40 pm - STILL QUALITY CHECKING (I have screenshots). I placed a $63.00+ order online, 2 HOURS AGO! WTH?

On 8/2/2021, I spent nearly $100 on an order, the driver was supposed to return with forgotten items (after he was tipped $4.00 online), he did not return. I called the store and spoke with an arrogant young man who said he'd tell the driver when he returned...NOTHING. I called the next day, and they were too busy to swing by. The GREAT thing about capitalism, I CAN CHOOSE TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. They have 3 nice employees, but the rotten apples have ruined the barrel. They should be more like Cahokia Imo's Pizza, and hire better....

My boyfriend and I have always had issues with this dominos. The first time we ordered, it took over an hour to get our food and it was cold and wasn’t even correct. The second time, it took over an hour again for one small pizza and an order of bread bites. When I got the pizza, there was barely any cheese on it and it seemed like the lady delivering was the only one working that night. And tonight I ordered dinner for my boyfriend and I, they called me about 10 minutes later to say they couldn’t deliver to me in Dupo after 8pm. I was confused because they have delivered to me before and they couldn’t even give me an answer when I asked why they could not deliver my food. All they could say was it was “policy”. And that’s fine if it’s a new policy but if someone asks why, at least have an answer ready for them. Probably will never order from this location again.

This place really needs to be shut down or get a whole new crew from the general manager to delivery drivers . Pizza is always burnt or cold . My delivery driver dropped my pizza . And they expect u to pay a delivery fee somebody should have been compensating me extra for the trouble when I tried to get the order replaced I was on hold a hour , fell asleep on the phone . When I finally talk to the general manager she told me I had to pay taxes lol because it the next day well ma’am if u guys would of picked up the phone I would of loved to get a order replaced . If u drop a pizza instead of delivering it to someone house you should go back and get it remade . No ethic when I talk to the kernels manager she never once apologized she refused to give me her name she hunged up on me twice I asked her her boss name she refused that info .
