Cute little stop over to grab a tea or coffee. They have many specialty teas you can choose from along with some small wares to browse. Lovely little shared patio area with water feature off to the side of the store and a nice front space to sit outside and some indoor seating as well. WiFi is available if you need to get some work done too.

The service was very friendly and the girl at the counter was very sweet in walking me though the drink options and ways they could be customized to preference.

I got the Bhakti chai with oat milk which is an actual steeped tea spiced with ginger and sweetened with honey and very good. If you’re looking for a more traditional tasting chai I’d recommend it. The others looked like they had interesting flavor combinations like mandarin and rose, but some are a sweetened powder so be mindful if you don’t like things as sweet.

They also had some specialty mushroom lattes (loin’s mane and rishi I believe) to choose from as well. There are some pastries (gf options available) that looked just okay, I didn’t try any though. There are also some hot breakfast and Cole salad/sandwich options as well. If you’re looking for a quick stop over as you’re driving through the canyon, it’s a good place to grab a fast bite and be...

I absolutely loved the food, the surroundings and the service. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I’ve been everywhere including the “palm” in Beverly Hills , palace Court Caesar’s palace and this cafe mimosa took me by surprise. I was very spoiled here. My story begins as a visitor to this fine beach, I asked a lady as she was walking her “Great Dane “ as to where is a superb place to eat morning breakfast with champagne , she replied “cafe mimosa “. She added that she had wished someone special would accompany her to cafe mimosa. (Hope she reads this, she’d remember us , anyway) My fiancé and I googled cafe mimosa, arrived , a little wait , because the best things happen to those who wait, they had the timing just right, from silverware cloth napkins , accommodates all the way....we ordered berry fresh whipping cream , cream cheese on the thickest, robust waffles I’ve ever had in my 50 years...and smoked salmon ...love this place. If some had put a negative review , most likely they want to be the first come first serve and detouring others so that only they experience this place daily. Reverse...

Driving through Topanga, one notices quite a few small shops and businesses nestled in amongst the hills. I was always intrigued by Cafe Mimosa's yellow sign, and always hoped to visit the small bistro. I finally had a chance to do so today when I me up with a new client.

Upon arriving, it was obvious that Cafe Mimosa boasts a community-friendly atmosphere. Folks from all walks of life were enjoying the services and listening to live local music. The coffee shop has a little boutique, and an a small area filled with business cards and advertisements from locals. Everyone was chatting as if they'd known each other for years. (Which is entirely possible in this area.)

As an avid Iced Mochaccino drinker, I ordered that from their menu. I was not disappointed. Just one sip, and I knew I'd have to be back again to have some more. They have a plethora of other coffee and tea drinks, as well as baked goods.

So, if you're looking for a unique, hole-in-the-wall place, definitely try...

I love this place !! I stopped by in the morning and ordered their vegan breakfast burrito and a hot almond milk latte. The burrito was great. Filling flavorful and comes with a little side of salsa. The latte was also good, and both were so fairly priced as it’s about half of what you would pay in the city. The real treat here though is I sat towards the back for awhile catching up on work, and every customer that came in was recognized by the baristas and greeted with a warm welcome. The vibes here are happy, warm and so friendly both by the patrons and employees. They offer some seating inside although it is busy. Also a selection of pastries, sandwiches, smoothies and grab and go drinks. A large amount of the menu is vegan friendly and again rare to see it priced this well. I’ll definitely be back :)

Seated near the south end of the residential portion of Topanga Pass, this cozy café offers a stunning view of the mountains, the sound of the running creek after a good rain, and excellent, all-natural food. I love the coffee, and the outdoor dining is as charming as it is rustic. Like all the places I've tried in this neighborhood, there is a strong "locals only" vibe from most of the regulars, but the people behind the counter are welcoming and very friendly.
