I would give a negative star if I could.
I am writing this review while waiting for my order, it's 9:10PM. I ordered online at 8:40PM to have my ordered picked up at 9:05PM. I got here and they haven't made it, it's 1 cappuccino blast. I usually give the benefit of the doubt. When this store opened, I was forgiving as I know how it is with new store/new staff, etc.. but it's been months and I feel there's really no change. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever, there's literally no one at the drive through and about 2 people inside ordering.
I live 5 minutes from this store and while the location is convenient, I am going to try to avoid it as much as I could because this is not the first time this has happened. Each time we come in, there is always at least a 15 minutes wait, such a waste of time. I could write so many incidents but here is another.
I ordered online to have my husband pick it up. I work from home and a graveyard shift so I usually get the cappuccino blast because it has coffee to wake me up. My husband leaves and doesn't come back 40 minutes later and complained about the wait time saying the staff moved so slow and he was sitting in the drive through the whole time waiting for the order, well, he hands me the drink and I ordered a LARGE, he gives me a MED cup. He doesn't know the sizes but it's my regular drink so I know. I even defended them from my husband saying it's a new store and new staff so they're prob still adjusting. I called them before they closed and they promised to remake it for me if I come in the next day. I come in and explained what happened, the supervisor I spoke with on the phone was there so he knew, didn't apologize whatsoever, but okay whatever, right? Told me to wait. note: this was before my shift again at 9:30PM I came in at 8:30PM, at 9PM I was still waiting when there was literary 2 people in front of me. I came up to him and asked if it was going to take longer because I didn't want to be late for work. 15 mins later, he had it made.
Well it's 9:22PM and they finally got my drink made. Rushed to clock in for work and almost late again. They're lucky they are near a lot neighborhoods and no other ice-cream shop/competition nearby. But I will make sure to avoid this location...
Read moreWe live less than five minutes away, and on weekends we’ll swing by for a quick late-night treat since the posted hours clearly say open until 11 PM. But at this point, we should’ve learned our lesson. On two separate occasions, we’ve had to sit in the drive-thru for a ridiculous amount of time — just for a pre-made ice cream pizza.
Tonight was the final straw. We pulled up around 10 PM and immediately noticed the open sign was off, the drive-thru menu was off, and someone inside was mopping while wearing a headset. There was already a line of five cars, so we figured maybe the lobby was closed, but drive-thru was still running. Big mistake.
Once you pull into this drive-thru, you’re stuck. No way to pull out, and when cars line up behind you, you’re trapped. We ended up sitting there for 42 minutes — for one ice cream pizza.
When we finally made it to the window (after nearly an hour of wasting our time), there was no sense of urgency whatsoever. We waited another 10 minutes at the window with no acknowledgment. We seriously considered driving off, but after sitting there that long, we stuck it out.
Finally, a young guy casually came to the window and said, “Sorry, what did you order?” Then disappeared and quickly grabbed it like it had been ready the whole time.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear this location has a serious problem — constant long wait times, disorganization, and poor customer service. Management either doesn’t care or isn’t capable of fixing it. Save yourself the frustration and go...
Read moreWe took a group of 6 people here around 9pm on 1/11/25. We walked over to the ordering area to put our order in. Not one employee acknowledged our presence. After waiting for 10 min one person in our group asked if they were open for the walk in part of their business because it seemed Wierd to be completely ignored and not acknowledged at all for such a long time. This question annoyed the employee and he just gave a scowl back and continued to ignore us. We stood there waiting for someone to at least let us know they knew we were there. Finally after being ignored for what seemed to be an eternity, we decided to leave and thanked the 4 employees we could see (for nothing) and left. There were only 4 or 5 other people that had already been helped in the place, not a busy time but looked like they got their closing work finished. We will not try this...
