Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Caldwell

The two times we've been to this location we have been pleased with the speed, the staff, the product, and the ease with which to come and go.

Yesterday the drive thru line was LONG, so we opted to park and stretch our legs - we went to the window. The employee was wonderfully cheerful, despite repeating his pleasantries so many times because there were so many customers. Gotta love "sticker day".

This location has been super clean each time we visit and so far our orders have all been correct. I heard a young woman order a concoction that sounded DELICIOUS - something about coconut and peach with raspberry drizzle... I think her base was a Rebel but seeing as I don't do those energy drinks (my adrenals are mad enough with the coffee and sugar), I would try it with a lemonade base.

About an hour and a half after we left, my youngest son beieved he left a most-loved Batman Lego figure behind. Instead of driving all the way back, I called. The kind young man who answered my call happily obliged and went looking for the little Lego figure around the seating area. He did not find it. However, happy ending - Batman was in our van. I absolutely love dutch bros but everytime i go to this location they mess up my order and sometimes get rude when you tell them. Yesterday they said there was nothing they could do because it was already made. Then a friend and i went back Later that evening and wanted 4 medium drinks they gave me 4 large drinks instead and they still made me pay the extra. Even though i wanted medium. Don't get me wrong i appreciate the larger drink . but i shouldn't have to pay for something i didn't order. I am a single mom who is desperately struggling with finaces in the first place. so it is hard to scrape up enough money to have dutch bros once a mth if i am lucky. Luckily i was fortunate and a friend paid $2.50 for mine when she paid for the 3 drinks she needed because i was $2.50 short on my drink . They keep the music so loud they can't hear your order and you have to keep repeating it. It's ridiculous. I would advise going to the one diagonal from Wal-Mart in caldwell. The people here at the dutch bros in caldwell just off the freeway should seriously have to go back to training, turn down their music and actually listen to the customers order. Then when they do fix their screw up They should be more respectful to...

This used to be my favorite location. You could count on fast, friendly, efficient service. Even when the line was extremely long they got you in and out fast. Lately though they seem to have lost their hustle. Employees get caught up in their conversations instead of waiting on customers immediately upon arrival. You rarely see runners bringing out the drinks anymore. Accuracy isn't on point either, I've been given a Red, White, & Blue twice now instead of the Freedom I ordered. Not sure how they mixed those two drinks up? When I brought it to their attention all I got was "oh really?" No sorry about that or offer to replace with the correct drink. Then on top of that I've been charged three different amounts, no one can explain why. Finally I spoke with trainer who told me they've recently had a price increase plus any drinks that have a flavor drizzle will now be charged an extra $0.30. it's always been included in the price before. $8.30 for a single large drink is getting...
