I did not have a good experience at this location unfortunately. I went in on Sunday the 15th of December at around 1 pm. The crew that was working was not very helpful. They charged me for three drinks when I only ordered 2. The bill was 23$, I started thinking that it didnât seem right so I asked for a receipt⌠I was also not asked if I wanted a receipt to begin with. I am not trying to be harsh but I am a barista myself, I work at Starbucks and customer service is very important. So thatâs why I held them to a high standard. But as soon as I presented the problem I felt like an inconvenience, they were quite rude with me when I was explaining that I only had two drinks. Then they proceeded to just give me a free drink card.. I asked if they do refunds, which I knew they could and I only wanted to refund the amount that was not supposed to be charged to my card. I believe she was a shift lead, she sighed really big and said whatâs the issue ( very aggressively) I thought it was very rude cause I have never treated my customers like that. She told me straight to my face that their system doesnât allow refunds. This was after I apologized and told them I worked at Starbucks and I knew that it was annoying. I got off of the phone with my friend that is a manager at Biggby in Lowell and she told me that they can absolutely do refunds. I am very disappointed and upset in how I was treated here. Not welcoming or nice at all. The girl that took my order tried arguing with me after I brought it up and I was thrown off by her attitude and I said Im not upset or tying to argue and then she walked away and thatâs when the other lady stepped in. The funny thing is that I understand that these situations are annoying but you should always try to make the moment right with your customers and they did not do that at all.    Read moreOh my gosh. Let me begin by saying We Are A Biggby Loving Family! And for thw most part, we find that to be true at all Biggbys. I'm not sure I'd this was an off day or typical of this particular store, but it was awful. I ordered an iced black coffee and my daughter got a bagle with cream cheese. She was the first to be disappointed. (She is a teenager so it doesn't take much in the way of bagles to impress her) and she said right away that it was terrible. I didn't really understand how you could make a bagle and cream cheese terrible so I kind of dismissed it. Until I tried my coffee about 20 minutes later. It was so awful that I actually took a second drink just to be sure I wasn't imagining things and then dumped it out. I didn't even think I could save it with some doctoring. Wasn't even willing to try. I get this is a duper long post over some coffee, but hope that helps you understand how disgusting the entire experience was....

My only issue was that I ordered a bagel, which was forgotten in the rush. I simply reminded them I had an untoasted, everything bagel. At this point the stress showed. She was frustrated, again I understand. However, that's not my fault and slamming my bagel on the counter and walking away without a thankyou or have a good day was not cool.
