Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Caledonia Charter Township

Wow. This location just needs to close at this point. It's only been downhill for the last few years, close up shop and just leave the space for a restaurant that ACTUALLY CARES about it's employees and food. I placed an online order tonight at 8pm. I ordered a small pizza, bread sticks, and a 2 liter. Imagine my surprise when the only edible thing was the 2 liter. I've posted images below of the pizza and bread sticks. The pizza which had pepperoni and cupped pepperoni you can see the cupped was half brown and tasted like motor oil, absolutely rancid. Pizza was doughy in the middle. It was so easy to tell that all my food had been poorly prepared and soaking in leftover grease and used cooking oils. Oh and the best part? When I walked in to pick up my order, no one was at the stand, but I heard both the workers (an older lady and a younger tall lady) chatting and giggling and laughing in the kitchen. Three times with my booming voice did I yell "Hello?" And three times I met no answer. I had to WALK into the kitchen to get them to notice me. The younger employee acted surprised and said something along the lines of "oh I didn't know you were here, sorry I was busy chatting while working!" As if any work was being done. So yeah, thanks for reading my review because I genuinely hope no one else orders from here, god forbid get sick even because I know if I ate my food I would be. Overall, absolutely done with this location, been going here for years, but...

I am changing my already poor review to be lower. I would give them zero stars if I could. Yesterday I had the worst interaction with a service employee I have ever experienced. My actual order was fine. Everything was correct. I had a problem with the delivery driver. He didn't follow procedure with the receipt, where normally I as a customer sign it and give it back. He never even took out the receipt or asked if I wanted it. Which is generally fine, I don't need it. But, what alarmed and shocked me, was that he had the audacity to then go to his car and use that receipt to take my personal phone number and text me. That is completely inappropriate and uncalled for. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and worried for my potential safety. Now this person knows where I live by way of delivering my food, and they took the liberty to steal my personal information and use it to contact me. I did call the store and contact the manager to make them aware of the situation. He brushed it off and said "I'm sure he didn't mean anything by it, but I'll talk with him." Which in and of itself is gross behavior and excuses the actions. In what situation would this type of thing ever be okay? I will never be ordering from this...

Walked in with my kids and absolutely no one was there customer wise the worker came out of the kitchen and asks can I help you? I said do you have sit down dining she rolls her eyes and said yup. Took our drink and food order... food comes out she places the pizza on the table and walks away said absolutely nothing and goes back to the kitchen... comes back out 15 minutes later to check on us i ask for boxes and the check brings the boxes hands check and completely disappeared!! Usually when someone wants their check and boxes they are leaving pretty soon we sat there 30-40 minutes nothing we stood at the entrance making the door bell go off over and over again and a worker that had just walked in came and helped us then miraculously our server comes out and says so sorry I got distracted and giggles seriously!!! I was a server for 20+ years you could have made a great tip off of me. You in no way deserved even the 5.00 you did get from me I just won't not tip that was the first time we'd actually done a sit down restaurant in years and it sucks my kids chose there. I definitely don't recommend...
