Food was as good as expected. Service was not. Ordered a cup of soup and a sausage skillet with loaded hashbrowns on the side. Server asked if I wanted the soup before the skillet, and I said yes. Paid for my meal at that time with a debit card. 5 minutes later, was informed by another employee that they neglected to charge for the loaded part of the hashbrowns, and paid that separately in cash. 10 minutes later, I received a sausage skillet with loaded hashbrowns on the side from the cook, but no soup. 10 minutes and a shift change after finishing my meal, I informed them that I wanted a refund for my forgotten soup. 10 minutes after that, I was informed by yet another employee that they could not refund my debit card due to the shift change, and I was given the net value of my soup in cash. Every time me and my friend have come here the past few weekends, the service has been up and down. We come after we get off work. Tonight though has been the absolute worse. Its busy so it’s understandable to an extent. Whats not understandable is it taking 10 minutes just to get a drink to find something floating in it. After waiting another 10 minutes and 2 tables who came after us got here, it took me asking to have someone come take our order. And the person who took our order got annoyed with me even asking. Ironically though, its the same lady we always have an issue with. There’s been a few times where she decided to wrap the silverware before helping us. And still brought us silverware THAT WAS DIRTY on just a napkin. I have no idea her name since she doesn't have a tag on. We are literally going to start going somewhere else or a different location. My mom took me out to dinner here. She ordered the quart of chili to go and I ordered cod dinner. The menu listed prices as $11.75 and $13.50 respectfully. But when we got our bill, it was $33. When I asked our server, she fumbled for the reason why it was higher and didn't really give a real answer. In my mind, it seems like a classic case of bait and switch! They should've honored whatever price is listed on the menu! People are on tighter budgets these days and sometimes order based of prices of their meal. Not cool!
