I was already hesitant to go to Arby's but I was like let me give them a chance. I went through the drive thru and got 2 roast beef sliders and a 4pc mozzarella sticks order. Got my food fairly quicker and my bag felt warm so I thought I was good. Before leaving the parking lot I tried a mozzarella stick and it was barely warm. So I called the restaurant to let them know I was coming back in since they were cold. So I went in and let the drive thru lady know I was the one who called and she said rudely that she did make them fresh. I showed her the hard ass mozzarella stick and broke them in half to show how they weren't even cooked all the way. She snatched the bag and threw it away and proceeded to put a new order into fry. Not even 2 mins after dropping them into the oil they were already pulling them out the oil. Another lady gave me the bag, and literally RIGHT OUT OF THE OIL I broke the mozzarella stick in half and YET ANOTHER order of FROZEN mozzarella sticks. I said see look at this, you guys are charging full price for reheated food yall can't even cook correctly. She looked at me like I was lying! I said feel it she reluctantly felt it and just walked off and told the original lady who helped me I was essentially complaining again. She came around and told me to stop yelling while I was just talking. I said maybe you guys should actually cook the food you're selling people at full price. They are quick to put a sign up saying no refunds without food. But mad when someone returns undercooked food. I was like you guys need to be cooking theses for at least 3 to 4 mins. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! No accountability, and they speak in their language and not in English and then get mad when I say do you not speak English!! So many things wrong with this restaurant and confirmation I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO ANY ARBYS AGAIN!!! EXACTLY WHY THEYRE ALL HANGING ON BY A THREAD!!! AND I SEE WHY THEYRE DAMN NEAR OUT OF BUSINESS. I was craving a roast beef sandwich so I pulled into the drive thru around 8 pm tonight. There were two people ahead of me so its not like it was crazy busy. My restuarant has had six cars in the drive thru and Ive remained calmer than this girl. Anyways I pulled to the menu board, got a "what can I get you?" greeting. Uh okay. Not a "welcome to Arbys", not a "good evening", not even a "hi, hows it going". I asked her to hold on, got a "mhm" in return. Ordered my food and she said "pull to the window". No total or repeat of my order. Bad speaker box experience, strike one.
I got to the window, she mumbled $8.61 and took my $10. She went in her drawer and shoved my change back at me and slammed her window. Okay, um..... strike two.
Only reason this review got 1 star is the fast service. If I could give it zero I would. My food came fastly. BUT thrown at me. Like this girl who was working the drive thru at 8 pm tonight October 19th 2017 was so rude and literally threw my bag of food at me. I tried to ignore it and told her "thank you have a good night" with a smile, and the window got slammed in my face again. STRIKE THREE.
Like I said, I work in fast food. I know having back to back people can be frustrating but that was no excuse for the attitude and rude service. If you have to have an attitude, then dont work in the industry. You get paid to put a smile on even if its fake sometimes as long as the customer doesnt feel like a burden, which I did today. I had a long shift at work plus have a 1 month old, so wanting to get my dinner without all this wasnt too much to ask for. Or so I thought.

Read moreThe way this Arby's is run is horrid. There is only one napkin dispenser but they removed the napkins from it and won't give you any if you ask. The guy behind the register said I would get napkins on my tray with my food. I wanted a napkin to blow my nose but he wouldn't give me any. Also the tables are filthy, but no napkins to wipe it down. When I got my food they only gave my three napkins. I have no idea why they treat them like a premium. You can't even use the restroom until after you order, no matter how long the line is. I witnessed a man refused service because he pleaded with the man at the counter to let him use it before he ordered. He even offered order like a drink at the counter to use the bathroom without waiting in line. The employee refused then told the man he would not be served and to leave (very rude like and with colorful language) . The man wasn't rude or threatening and the cashier said he wouldn't serve him at all and he had to leave. The cashier then preceeded to ignore the man (while the man was still talking to him) and call more customers to him to order. I just can't wrap my head around what happened.
