UPDATE. 12/11/23. I have come here since i was a kid and never had any issues. Tonight, however, and lately, has not been the case. The staff have gotten rude. I asked for a medium brocco beef, a medium sweet and sour pork, a small order of bbq pork, a small order of salt and pepper fish, a small order of white rice, and a wonton soup. I get the small bbq pork but was served a medium white rice instead of a small white rice. I brought this up and the lady at the cash register tells me it is a small. Um, no, its a medium, ill be wasting this rice because its too much, i just want a small. So she thinks that by charging me for a small, that it would rectify the issue. My problem is, I DONT WANT THIS MUCH RICE, IT ALWAYS GOES TO WASTE. GIVE ME THE DAMN SMALL. i didnt give her attitude and just said ok but she had attitude the whole time. I had to run and grab more money from the car because i was charged more than i expected . So when i cam back in, she asked hella rudely " you ready now?" I said yes with an attitude because at this point, im not appreciating her attitude, you treat others how you want to be treated. Anyways, i ask for chili oil and soy sauce, no answer, she called next person up to pay, which she then threw their food in front of mine pushing it. I proceeded to ask again and she continued to talk to the other customer. I asked again and she handed me some soy sauce hella rough and rude in my hand. I then asked for the chili oil, she proceeded to do the same asshe did with soy sauce. The sweet and sour pork is usually crispy, it was soggy and the broccoli is usually pretty soft, it was under cooked. What happened to this place?
Always has and always will be my favorite chinese food spot. Fresh cooked, cheap and fast. They pile the food on too. I just wish that chow mein and rice were not part of the two or three items. Like it automatically came with two other entrées or three other entrées. But best...
Read moreI’m sad to share this review as our family has been going here for over 10 years. But their service today was so disappointing that I’ve come to the realization that my business here is done.
-We spent $40 for 3 meals -Cleaned our own table and seats (and I’m not complaining, I’ve come to know and accept that’s what it is when I come here) -My husband stood up to help another customer to aid and defend the employee working there who was trying to kick out a sleeping homeless man. He was abt to lay hands. Again, I live in the bay, I’m aware of what we were walking to.

We ask for a little container box to put my 5 yr olds noodles in, because she was done and it was time to leave.
They didn’t want to give it to my hubs for us, they wanted to charge him $.50 (but we don’t have cash, and you have to spend min $10 to use your card).
Mind you everything else that already took place, they actually didn’t give us the little (literally, their smallest box) container.
Nvm that we just spent $40 Nvm that we cleaned our table and seats, and still left them clean for the next person. (Better than when we arrived!!) Nvm that my hubs just helped save the old lady from catching a beat down.
Mind blown. Just disappointed. Now I can be disappointed and disgruntled as a patron, or I can let my money speak for me and choose to never go back.

I come here often and love the dried fried ribs, however, I ordered the large dried fried ribs and when I got home the first couple pieces tasted ok but then I literally spit it out after the third piece. It tasted very off and didn’t have flavor. I called the restaurant to let them know and see if I could get a refund or a new order of the dried dried ribs. There was one lady that answered and then transferred and then that lady said I’m sorry you didn’t like the ribs not everyone does but we cannot give a refund. I feel like that is very inconsiderate considering I’m not a new customer and was not complaining but simply letting them know I didn’t like the order.
