Absolutely atrocious customer service !! I came into the store with my 3 kids and ordered THREE Rainbow sherbets. I received 2 and asked the manager CYNTHIA why she had given me Two when i clearly saw on the register it was THREE. The manager CYNTHIA exclaimed with a hostile tone that i had purchased 2 rainbow sherbets which was 7.98 BUT MY CARD withdrawal 11.97$. I am appalled. What had really got me even more upset was that when i had given 1 of my daughters her rainbow sherbet I SEEN A FLY IN THE CUP. I gave it to the manager and she told me i had put it in there to spite her. HOW RIDICULOUS!! I was lucky enough to have been given a new rainbow sherbet by one of the young ladies working there. I always come here with my kids but now its completely different. shes a rude manager and i am sueing for sure. This is unacceptable service and i will not tolerate behaviour like this especially coming from head of franchise. I cannot stress this enough, please so not come here if you’re not...

Ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday, I’m not a great decorator but it looked like a 12 year old decorated the cake. I was told the cake would be 4 layers and it was 2. HUGE difference. The cake was freezer burnt, not sure how long it was stored before being served. When I was placing the order for the cake, a decorator in the back was arguing with the girl taking my order right in front of my daughter and I. Walked in and started the counter approximately three minutes while the two would appear to be teenage employees were at the far in pet gay dog and feeding it ice cream. One lady looked up and I kind of gave her the look like hello? She gave me a dirty look and kept feeding the dog told the other girl to come out I felt disrespected bad customer service while I was being served. Finally, the girl that was petting.
