The TV was blaring loud. The booths are small. The drink options are limited. Unfortunately this didnā€™t feel like a good find.

Update: After my initial review under new ownership all looked well until I went a few more times and every time I went ended up disappointed. Others might have better luck than me but I don't know if it depends on time or day you go whether it'll be good or not. Good luck.

I had previously rated this place two stars long ago with old owners. Las Brisas is currently under new ownership and the change is for the better. I have yet to try other dishes but the food we ordered was very good. I was disappointed the decor did not change as I would like to have seen some changes there. Overall much improvement in the food and I will be back to try...

So yesterday I order 2 carne asada burritos ( best ones in town hands down) over the phone, when I got to the establishment I realized I didn't have my wallet with me, so I went inside n told them that had happen n the older guy ( I'm guessing the owner or guy in charge) told me to not worry that I could come back later to pay them off, which I thought I was very kind of him, went to work enjoyed my food n after work I stop to pay them , thank you for being so cool...... food is always delicious if you're in Fallbrook you got to...

There are a TON of options when it comes to casual Mexican food here in SoCal. Its becoming difficult to differentiate what makes a Taqueria the best. Las Brisas of Fallbrook has finally made deciding where to eat EASY! They are simply THE BEST!! Fresh, flavorful and quality ingredients you can taste in every bite. (I am not kidding you)

My favorite item: Cali Burrito. A classic that never gets old but Las Brisas knocks it out of the park. By far the most delicious California Burrito you will ever have. No one...
