Best Tasty Food — Restaurant in California

Used to really enjoy coming here knowing that they have great portion sizes and the food is Good. The last time I was there (Aug 9 2021), I noticed the prices per plate had gone up by $1 at least. But since I had wanted to eat there since my birthday (three days prior) and couldn't afford to, this was an expense I was willing to pay. Got a one item combo (all i could "afford") and they gave me the Smallest plate of food I have EVER SEEN, especially for a Chinese food restaurant. While they were closing the clamshell of my order, I asked, " Could you please put more food on there? What are you doing?" "I'm sorry, we can't. The Manager not here. That is all we can do. My Bestie and I had an early lunch but was not too hungry, so I ordered pot stickers and two veggie egg rolls. The pot stickers were got but had no flavor at all. The sauce they gave me for them was horrible. My egg rolls were fresh and crispy, yet again, they had no flavor. The sauce they gave me was good, and you had to dip every bite in the sauce. Worker is rude! Waited for fresh chow mein just to watch her mix the "old" chow mein that was just chilling there in the container when I got there. She let me sit there for fresh food just to try and still give me the old stuff! It wasn't even the same color so it had been there for awhile. She KNEW I was waiting for fresh noodles and I asked her 3 times after that for fresh noodles but she continued to try and give the old mixed with new. Like, do I want chorro tonight? Um no!
