I usually go through the drive thru. Generally don't have any issues with the food. If I do the workers are nice and fix it. Today I went inside to order and the place was really dirty. The tables were dirty and there was trash and soda on the floor. There was trash on the floor where they make the food too. Nobody wanted to take my order I was forced to use the kisok or wait 10 minutes. I couldn't order a water from the kisok. The workers called the wrong name for my order so my food sat on the counter getting cold for 10 minutes and a homeless man touched it. They were asked like 5 times if that was my order. They expected me to pay for and eat it. I wanted my money back they refused. They remade the food it, looked sloppy and the number of sauces that requested were not in the bag. I've been coming here since I was in my teens and they've had their ups and downs, but they've got the right management in place now. They don't close early anymore, they don't hold lines back in the drive-thru... they treat customers well. The food here is done well, not thrown together. They clear lines in the drive-thru amazingly fast and their employees are friendly. My last few visits inside the restaurant have been pleasant. The dining room is clean and well maintained, the rest rooms are cleaned and stocked. I've only had one issue in the last 2 years relating to order accuracy and they fell over themselves to fix it, giving me far more than they had to in order to compensate me for the trouble. WAYSHAWNA WALTON ❣️ I went through the drive thru today but my app was not giving me the code[kept telling me to try again because system was down]. I pulled through and decided to order inside. The new AI system was a bit confusing but she approached me and asked if I needed help and then kept checking on me so that I was able to manuever the machine to my preferences. She gave me my food and chatted a bit with me about how it works. She didn't have to do any of it. She didn't have to be so kind but she was and I needed everyone to know how special that made me feel and how this is a place I'll drive out of my way to go to because of her lovely service skills.
