Typically friendly service inside and in the drive-thru. 80% of the time fried foods are fresh. They tend to be not so near peak hours (right after lunch or dinner rush) but almost always are early in the morning. My only complaint is that they usually stop serving shakes somewhere between 1-2:30am and don't resume until usually 10am, claiming the machine is being cleaned. I only take issue to this because I always make the drive to W. Columbus when I encounter this at this location and am never refused a late-night or early-morning shake. If these locations clean on the same schedule then the location on Columbus makes it a quick task and puts their machine back in service immediately. The store is situated oddly- right next to a Walmart Neighborhood Market and getting into and out of the drive thru is sometimes a test in patience. If there are more than 2 cars waiting to order you become trapped in the parking lot. They only have one area for vehicles to come and go, often times requiring customers to cut through the adjacent dirt lot. They could open another area next to the main parking lot entrance and completely remove this problem. It was breakfast for me and the kids before school. Anyways because of past supreme croissant orders. I have to tell them. I want everything on it. I once said I just wanted a supreme croissant sandwich. I ended up with just a croissant. I just don't get want is so hard.. It's close to my house and don't Want to drive to the Columbus one.
