Pizza Hut — Restaurant in California

I so wish I could give no stars. Let's see we ordered a dinner box, and our order came about an hour after we ordered (got it about 8:45), not bad we were happy only to open the box (after the driver left) to find the order was completely wrong. We ordered the dinner box with a white sauce, chicken, bacon, bell pepper and onion pizza and the other pizza was pepperoni, bacon and olive, our box was the one with the pasta.. well the order we got was a pepperoni and mushroom (ew) and a plain pepperoni. And a order of wings. We called them immediately and they said they would fix it and it would be right out.... It took 2 1/2 hours to get here and we called 7 times to find out were it was only to be told it will be another 15 minutes... When we called the last time she asked my husband if we would be paying cash (uh no we already paid) pizza finally gets here and it was right BUT it was COLD their excuse was well we only have 2 delivery drivers. Never once told us, never once gave us the option to pick up. So here it is 10:49 and we are just now eating dinner.. SMH get it together...

Bad customer service here the place needs to be Renovated it needs some serious TLC they also probably need to start over with their whole staff they were counting drawers down and had me wait before I can place my order and they were not helpful with the menu options I wanted a barbecue chicken pizza with stuffed crust I got home I had a stuffed crust pizza with chicken and onions and bacon which I do not eat on my pizza so I had to pick all the bacon off the pizza and I realized that my barbecue sauce was not on the pizza it was in a cup on the side I was so very tired and did not want to go back out the house so I just ate it I called them to let them know and they said oh you didn’t read the menu I didn’t notice that it was bacon on a barbecue chicken pizza because they weren’t helpful in helping me get my order correct so all in all pizza is my favorite and I’ll probably go back but I definitely won’t be as quiet about them not being friendly and helpful I will...

Terrible service. I ordered delivery. Drinks & wings were missing. What food was received was almost cold. Been trying to get in contact with location for half an hour with no success. Do Better!

Update: after being told the store manager would call back in 5-15 mins to address my concerns, it’s been 2 days. I was finally able to get a chat agent who offered compensation for boneless wings but couldn’t offer a refund for the missing drinks. Normally I’m not much of a complainer but with how hard it is to even contact anyone I need my funds back for ALL missing items. Now awaiting a call that could take 1-3 business days ffs. It should NOT be this difficult!

UPDATE: Here we are almost 3 weeks later. Still unable to get anyone on the phone. Still no call back. Sent an email to the address provided by the owner below before they even responded to my review & still no response from there as well. Needless to say I will not be ordering from...
