Buffalo Jack’s — Restaurant in California

Can't begin to say how great the food here is I am a doordash delivery driver receive orders from this establishment/ I also I'm a loyal customer myself there are fries are especially delicious and like nothing I've ever had before. The reason I'm writing a review is because once I arrived I am helped by the most friendly and customer service oriented woman named Joy. No matter what time of day she always has a smile and welcoming spirit she makes it feel like you've remembered and a special customer no matter what you order Joy has gone out of her way to help me ensure that my doordash orders are correct and that I have everything I need for the customer

Now on a different note Buffalo Jack's has taken on a new customer service front cashier sadly to say she has given me the opposite reaction when going there first thing wrong is I find her sitting in an office as I walk in and she is unaware that there is even a doordash order to be picked up. And once I receive the order there has been several occasions I've had to double-check orders to ensure that I have everything the customer ordered and a lot of times she has forgotten the drinks or dipping sauces. it is my job to ensure the orders are correct but comparing this new girls (I believe her name is Michelle) customer service and friendliness it just does not compare to Joy. I find it odd that if they both have the same job they could provide so stark differences in service for their customers at Buffalo Jack's

So if you ever have the chance to eat at Buffalo Jack's you should be pleasantly surprised if you are helped by Joy she really gives that feel good feeling that you get from good customer service on top of...

The food here is absolutely amazing, however, I did have an issue with their service. I called to try to fix an online order, because the app that they put on Google for their official ordering services wasn’t letting it go through. However, when I went to call them and ask for help on the situation, they hung up on me. I tried to call back, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and assuming that may be our phone lines just disconnected, But they decided to ignore my phone call and stopped answering it. Usually the service is wonderful. I ended up driving to the restaurant and talking to the gentleman in the front and he was very kind, but I’m not sure if I’ll be returning if this is how customers will be treated. When arriving, the place was empty, so there was no “they were too busy to answer the phone” as I watched them answer calls even when I was being helped.

*UPDATE: So, to no surprise at all, I went in to place an in store order and told the gentleman, Josh, to cancel my online order since the lady at the register had no clue what I was talking about when trying to fix the issue. I was told multiple times that my online order was canceled and wouldn’t be charge. It is now 5 days later and I look to see that the order did, in fact, post! I got charged for 2 orders. :-) so I called today to get this fixed and the lady who answered was AMAZING. She was patient, kind, and super understanding. Thank you so much Joy!!!...

Service was excellent, I was doing laundry across the parking lot , i was greeted as I walked in the door with a “welcome in” I ordered a 2 tender 1dig combo, price was great 9.99+ tax when my order was ready I decided I wanted an extra ranch , I offered to pay for the extra ranch but the gentleman helping me said “It was on the house and I could pay next time” Very kind gesture. Then I went and finished my laundry and proceeded to leave the parking lot with a friend who picked me up. I was On my way to my hotel room but unfortunately it wasn’t ready so I came back and sat inside and decided to kill time and eat the rest of my meal. I was greeted as I walked in again and the by person at the registration recognized me from a earlier, So I walked up to purchase a drink and for some reason I was holding 4$ in my hand and the same gentleman said it would be a few dollars . Once again very kind. I’ve been going through financial trouble lately and but left my other 2$ as a tip. I felt they deserved it for being kind to me multiple times in the same day.
