Pizza Hut — Restaurant in California

This place used to be amazing. In fact I had to delete my good review to leave this one. I mean I have been coming to this exact store for over 30 years and have never had an issue until recently. Tonight my pizza is inedible and the receipt says I'm a new customer ... Despite the fact I'm a rewards member. And switched my home to an apartment so the driver was late because he couldn't find an apartment building 🤔 the pizza was COVERED in extra sauce which is crazy because I always order ez sauce and the receipt confirms this. Considering I just paid $25 plus $5 tip to have a soggy pizza not made to order arive late and when I called I'm told I would need to bring it back to replace it and I say I'm disabled and why it was delivered and ask her if I can just send the old one back with the driver when he brings the right pizza and she laughs and tells me the driver doesn't work for them and doesn't return to the store and that they need the entire pizza back before she can give me my correct order.

My mind is blown... First off.. they made the mistake and I paid for a specific service done a specific way. They did not do their part correctly. And their solution to their mistake is for me to run all over town disabled and hand them back a pizza they cannot do anything but throw in the trash? So what I heard is... Thanks for your money . We are paid and no longer gaf about your pizza. Nice. Well it's fine..they should really grasp that of all the food offerings in this town. Pizza is the most plentiful and I will not be using this...

I ordered online(personal pizza with a 20oz bottle of Pepsi & an order of cinnamon sticks w/ icing packet. It said it would be ready in 20min, I arrived at the restaurant in approximately 25-30minutes. I was told My food was not ready and I said I would wait. After an additional 30 minutes passed I approached the counter and was greeted as if I had not been sitting there waiting for my food for the last 30 min. So I told them that I've been waiting for my food for 30 minutes and that prior to that I was told that my food would be ready 30 minutes before that (1 hour in total). The cashier apologized and brought me back my personal Pizza and 20 oz bottle of soda. I asked about the cinnamon sticks which were supposed to be in my order and they were highly confused and they looked around for them and couldn't find them upon inspection of my pizza I found that it was cold as if it was sitting there the whole time. They said that they seemed to have misplaced my cinnamon sticks. At this point I asked for a manager the manager came out and said the same thing that they seem to have misplaced my order of cinnamon sticks and that he was sorry I said okay so how long until my cinnamon sticks are ready at which point he said they just now put them in and apologized. At this point I'm already waiting an hour for pizza that's cold and cinnamon sticks that mysteriously disappeared. And all the manager could do was say that he was sorry. I will never return to this Pizza Hut again and I highly recommend anybody reading this...

Ok so I decided to go again, but this time I was told to go on line to order from the 5 dollar line up. So I wasted another 30 minutes trying to order from their app. First of all nothing was 5 dollars from the line up except the cheese balls. They charge a service fee... nowhere else do they do this to you. An it would be ok if they did there job rigth. But my giant cookie was not cut, when I asked the rude cashier why it was not cut. She said that it was because they where too busy.. no-one else was in the store so it was all delivery orders. I don't see why I have to do their job for them. All she said was do you want a knife? I was angry an left with my food. Didn't realize the cashier never gave me my wings. So I had to go back to the store just to get my wings. By the time I got home my pizza, wings,cookie hard as hell an impossible to cut strait. I WILL NOT BE SPENDING A SINGLE PENNY ON PIZZA HUT EVER AGAIN. THIS LICATION HAS THE RUDEST AN MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CREW I...
