Starbucks — Restaurant in California

Been going to this location for quite a while, but only occasionally as I usually make coffee at home. Sometimes they are friendly, sometimes not so much, but I'm not there to make friends so no big deal. However, every time I go there now the doors are locked, and long after they are supposed to be open. I usually have to drive a long way after I get coffee there, so I dont want to go to the drive-thru, I want to get out of the car and stretch my legs a bit before the drive. I have stood in front of the door, they have seen me and they still wont open the doors for several minutes. Today I waited outside the locked door for 20 minutes, and I know they saw me long before. I finally left, the doors were never opened. I always tip, am always friendly and often I cant get in to order coffee. This isnt a one time thing. The last 4 times I have been to this location I had to wait outside for quite a while just to order coffee. Today I was done waiting. If I'm paying that price and always tip, I expect the bare minimum service. In other words, to be allowed to come in to place my order. I know they start only doing drive thru at 4:30, but we are talking 6-6:30 and the doors are locked. Every time. Done waiting outside to give...

Super disappointed in this location lately! I was in the drive through. Asked for two of my drinks with extra caramel my other was a double chocolate chip Frappuccino. I was handed the two drinks without extra caramel so I told her it was supposed to have extra she took it back and then handed me a chocolate milk with no ice I said and that should have been a double chocolate chip Frappuccino. All while the young man who took the orders proceeded to give dirty looks. I asked her if she wanted me to go inside so I wasn’t holding up the line, she said yes please. So I had to find parking went inside waited for the drinks and the two Frappuccino’s were like they were just dumped inside the new caramel lined cup as it had so much whipped cream on the bottom and the double chocolate chip one was hardly filled and had a ton of whip. There are better locations around. This one really needs to get a hold on things, there are times the espresso is so bitter. Super poor quality and...

I normally come to this Starbucks to get my matcha and always have a great experience EXCEPT! Today…. There was a manager I’ve never seen before there she’s a big old lady with her hair tied up. I had 12$ In change and I even told the barista that it was 12.00$ flat in change and I understand that they had to recount my change TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE BUT the manager kept throwing these little comments everytime the slideing door would open and said “ next time have her tell you the amount of change because that’s redicoulous”. When clearly I did! Also another comment she made was “she needs to take the change out of the bag and give it to you that way” with an attitude the whole time. This made my morning very upsetting:( and I just hope the manager can next time keep her mouth and her comments shut untill the...
