Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in California

If you're looking for a place to eat fast, tasty and leave with a smile? Forget this place! There's one employee (not sure if he's an asst.mrg?), but when he works the night shift, usually around 7:30pm, he always locks up the doors to the dining room. Don't know what's his problem because when he's not working at night, the other people leave it open till almost 10pm. Now the bad stuff.......... Recently (middle of July), I came to this place in the morning to get something to eat and the "Female Manager- Lydia", after I ordered my food, told me, that I wasn't allowed to use the handicap restroom ever, even though, I'm a senior, handicapped and disabled!! She's very mean and nasty person and has violated my civil and "ADA" rights. The sign on the handicapped door, shows the both male and female can use it, plus the sign shows it's a disability bathroom. I'm speaking with a lawyer soon, to stop her from doing this to another disabled person!!! Most of the people are impolite, discourteous, unfriendly with no business like manners! This store needs new people and absolutely, a new manager............ This is the closest Carl's Jr near me but, I'm going to go to another where hopefully I will be treated...

When you spend over 20 for fast fake food , have Ranch in stock! How hard is it to run a fast food place? All fast food places should burn to the ground at this point! They cost to much for inferior food and inferior service!! Back again, waited for months to go back and order food, this time they do not have change. What? Is this a business? Last time no Zucchini time before that sign on window out of food. So I contacted corporate the owner needs to know why they are loosing money and have bad reviews. … update tried to go to this location again this morning, only excepting exact change again. Nobfood again. I contacted corporate why is nothing changing! Save your weak reply, Ill be contacting corporate again! Either run this place right or leave so our neighborhood can enjoy...

A joke!!! I have ordered doordash and tried to call the manager and nobody answers the phone. This location I'm convinced does not like doordash orders. These little angry minimum wage workers blame everyone else for their angry lives and takes it out on your food. Ridiculous. It's your job!!! Everytime I have ordered using doordash my burgers are burnt to a crisp and my sauces missing. This is passive aggressive and not isolated. These are angry pathetic employees that are just being bullies to doordash people. We still spend money. If you don't like your jobs, then quit!!! You're so much better than carls jr. Go get another job. It's not fair to mess with people's food. How would you feel eating food people play with??? This is so mean and I'm sick of it....
