Amazing food and everything, but I came at 9PM yesterday, a full hour before closing, but employee told me the burrito heater is broken so can't use it. I'm not dumb, it's NOT broken, clearly you just don't want to make anything because it's late. So I got a bowl instead, but they then say Chicken is completely out, even though there's still a full hour left. How are they completely out of the most popular ingredient a full hour before closing? So I just left.
I'd understand this more if it was like 10 minutes before closing, but I was there a full hour before closing. But that's not my main complaint, the main issue is just straight up lying to my face over something super obvious with the tortilla heater being broken. They think people are dumb. I didn't make a scene, I just left, because it's not worth arguing over burrito heater not actually being broken.
I would've at least respected them more if they just tell the truth and say they are closing down early an hour before closing. Whatever, 1 star just for the obvious lies, disrespect, and thinking people are dumb enough to believe their obvious lie. Just be careful coming here an hour before closing. Don't want future people to waste their gas if they want to come here a little late. Even though I saw another reviewer here saying they were out of a lot of food even 2 hours before closing, smh. That's very believable after what I...
Read moreNot surprised this location has 2 stars. I come to Chipotle often, I'm talking 4 times a week often. I love eating here because I have severe tree nut allergies and Chipotle is a nut free facility. I am also very allergic to avocado, so when I order my veggie burrito that comes with free guacamole, I always opt for the queso instead to avoid my allergies. I walked in to this location today and explained my allergy to not one but two employees and said I'd like the queso instead to which they said okay to. After paying, I realized I was indeed charged for the queso. When I brought it up to the cashier, whom I believe his name is Henry, he couldn't even make eye contact with me. He looked away and tried to give some story about a guy that had come in wanting guac for his queso coupon. I have an allergy and am a loyal customer who frequents this franchise. I will definitely never return to this location. That's fine if this location chooses not to accommodate like every other Chipotle I've ever walked in, but do not have a conversation with your customer not once but twice about it and then charge them. Henry should've handled the situation much better, especially for being a shift lead. He could've apologized and made an exception for this visit and let me know they wouldn't be able to do it next time. Worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. I will...
Read moreEdit: I don’t know why I keep giving this place another shot. Just walked out of there because they try to charge me almost $29 for a burrito and three tacos. Because I chose two of the tacos chicken and one of them was steak they charged each taco individually and each guacamole that I put on there individually rather then the three taco meal. They literally tried charging me like $18 for three tacos. That’s after already pinching every little portion. My burrito was the size of my fist. When I questioned the charges to the staff they were very rude and condescending about it. Needless to say I walked out without paying or taking any food. I’m not paying $18 for three dinky chipotle tacos. All the while getting attitude from the staff on my way out.
I know how much chipotle should cost. I’ve been going to chipotle for 18 years. Never paid $18 for three tacos. This place is ran by incompetent workers.
Original: Just got a tablespoon worth of Guacamole and ONE napkin for my burrito bowl. Management needs to relax with the “cutting down...
