Cinnabon — Restaurant in California

I think that the one star reviews are unfair and kind of harsh! I've been in many leadership positions through the years and I know from experience that it is difficult to hire train amd prepare a whole new staff to open a specialty shop like this.... and with todays lack of motivated young workers that are excited to get a job and actually show up and have pride in doing the best they can...

With all of that said the employees are very pleasant and seem to be hard working and obviously with people not giving them a chance they may end up getting frustrated and having a bad attitude like a lot of other employees at most places nowadays. So let's give these young adults a chance because I have had nothing but excellent service, wonderful food that is the best cinnamon rolls anywhere and I don't want this place to close down like so many other restaurants in the area that I loved! Keep up the good work Cinnabon employees and management you guys...

I love the one in Arden, I’ve attempted this place on many occasions and it just sucks. First the kids working there are really under trained, rude, and clearly unable to execute minimal tasks. The place is small and cramped and really cold at every time of the year. The auntie Ann pretzel stuff are good until your mouth is covered in oil after 3 bites, the Cinnabon is overall trash, you’ll ask for fresh rolls and they’ll give it to you cold every single time. The options are cool in theory but they suck at making it, honestly. And lastly they’re so damn expensive, they charge so much for a little frosting and cheese. 7$ for the “middle of the roll” lol. In summary, this business seems to be in horrible hands, clearly a slacking franchise owner abusing a company’s good name. Should be dealt with.

Yes, I gave 5 stars ! Was my experience perfect? No! The Cinnabons tasted fine, and the staff was very professional, given their circumstances.

Every young person in this location was up front, apologetic, and sincere While the customers, on the other hand, left a lot to be desired.

So the register was down... The girls gave us the customers a work around option, and it worked. Download the app and make the purchase online! Amazing 👏

But some people decided it was better to swear up and down that they would never return. Make a scene, ruffle feathers, etc.

Well, good for you, and I'm happy I won't have to see you there again.
