This location is terrible with the exception of one employee. He is light skin and he has what looks like very long locs But he wears a net so it’s all wrapped up so you probably wouldn’t notice. He has very great customer service like very good. He was working there last week. I’m not sure if he works there or if he just was filling in from another Taco Bell but he’s great. His attitude is amazing. He told us to have a “Baja blast” as in a great day. He has the type of customer service that makes you look forward to going there. I hope he’s doing amazing, he will do amazing in the future of whatever he chooses to do. But everybody else is terrible. They don’t enjoy their job. If you place a pick up order at 6:30 and you leave to go pick it up at 6:50, It still will not be done. They won’t start making it until you get there more than likely, even if you give them all the time in the world. We enjoy our occasional late night Taco Bell trips. We don’t expect 1st class service, but we do expect somewhat friendly service. But “Elizabeth” in the drive-thru was the exact opposite of that. Not even a smile or thank you. This new location is very convenient being it’s just a quarter mile from my house. And because of this experience, we will not return to this location. CUSTOMER SERVICE is paramount to us and we shouldn’t feel disrespected coming out of your drive-thru. My family I WILL take the drive to the Laguna or Elk Grove Boulevard locations the next time we have a Taco Bell craving. Not only does Taco Bell have the best minimal exposure ordering, payment and pick-up process for their drive-thru customers, they also have surprisingly good and inexpensive breakfast items. $3.49 got me a surprisingly good Crunchwrap with eggs, potatoes, sausage and a really good sauce (could it be the resurrected and improved green sauce).
