First I got a strawberry Julius and it had absolutely no flavor. I went back to the counter and told them that and the girl says “oh well our machine is broken“. I said OK and, and she popped up and said well we could make it another way. I’m like OK make it the other way please. After a period of time she comes back and says well we can switch it for a smoothie if you want and we won’t charge you any extra. I’m like OK, whatever. kind of really bummed out by now.Then I get the strawberry smoothie and it only had a little bit more flavor than the zero flavor Julius. Not happy! And on top of all of that when she handed me the smoothie didn’t say a word set it on the counter, made eye contact and turned around and walked away without saying thank you or goodbye or anything....
Read moreJuly 16.2017 No bathroom Unless you want to walk across the parking lot from use the car washes bathroom. Which is inconvenient specially if you're disabled.. I ordered the Funnel cake ice cream for my wife, They microwaved a piece of funnel cake that tasted stale it came out of the package that they put in a plastic container that melted then put ice cream on top of it. I ordered the orange Jules for myself. It was warm and way to much syrup so sweet I couldn't drink it . I took it back to them told them I couldn't drink it she just smiled and threw it away.. no offer replacement or refund. I left and will never go back.. DQ you have lost us as customers forever...

Sometimes it is very crowded like a Saturday at noon to 3:00 pm or Friday night, like 7 or 8) and then the service is a bit slow (because only one or two workers). But still, if you love Dairy Queen Treats (which I do), it is worth the wait.
Dipped cones, shakes and MooLattes are great as well as the Blizzards.
However, in reference to the Blizzards, I would suggest staying away from any mint ones (e.g., mint oreo or girl scout thin mint) because they use some kind of green dye (or liquid) and it never mixes well; seems way...
