If you place an order for pickup, DO NOT TELL THEM AN ESTIMATE FOR WHEN YOU'LL BE THERE. If you do, they'll throw it away 15 minutes after that time and give you some kind of "iT's BeEn SiTtInG aRoUnD tOo LoNg" bull. If you don't give them an ETA, however, that rule magically disappears and you can pick up your food at your leisure no matter how long it's been sitting there (as I've done numerous times before). What a joke, this is the third time they've pulled this BS. Luckily there are multiple other quick Chinese food options within half a mile of this place that I will take my multiple-times-per-week business to. I'm sick of my dinner being thrown away due to incompetent management, and being forced to go to some fast food place because it's now too late to order from anywhere else. There are three local businesses I loyally give my business to in a rotating fashion after I get off work, and multiple businesses before now I have done the same with, and this is the only time I've ever been treated without even common friendly recognition. Read moreAnother bad experience at this Panda location. I went today and made an order. Food was cold, but my biggest complaint is not about the food. Its about the bad customer service. The staff there dont understand the meaning of smiling when talking to a customer. When I was checking out, I asked the cashier to give me two chapsticks, she only gave me one. I asked her for three fortunate cookies, she gave me only two. I told her I want extra sauce, she tells me "I gave you some". Then she put some more sauce. I called later and asked to speak to the manager , told her about what happened. Her answer was we give customers all what they asks for, maybe the cashier didn't hear you. Pro, Food has been fresh the dozens of times i go year around. Most of the time FRESH, Delicious, clean and always stock.
Con's, Some staff lack training on customer service or Service Skills. Example. If your Customer say's " I WILL WAIT until you make FRESH Orange Chicken or Chow Mien," - and when it comes out the Employee Piles on the OLD Food that's been sitting there soggy on the Fresh ONE that is not acceptable" Honestly i have seen this and have experience this many times. Fresh mean = NEW, Not the old food that's been sitting there for a while. Also when customers kindly have to ask you for Sauce or Egg rolls at the end instead of the other way around. Then someone is dropping the ball.
