Denny's — Restaurant in California

I did an online order to be picked up. I bought other food along with a zesty nacho. I wished I checked my order before I left because when I got home my nacho was just chips with no cheese no nothing! I called them and the guy, who spoke little English was trying to tell me I order chip on the side and I would have to add on the other stuff?? I was confused because it clearly says zesty nacho??? So I go on and tell him that I didn't do that and it clearly stated that it comes with the cheese and everything because it's a nacho. He apologize and told me if I wanted a refund or a replacement. And of course I didn't want to go back because now I'm already annoyed so I told him refund and was told to call back tmrw to speak to a manager. Tomorrow comes and I call them, the manager told me they couldn't find my order and took my phone number to call me back. Later on she called and told me the same thing as the guy I spoke to yesterday. She was trying to argued with me! I really don't have time for this $14 nachos! Making me feel like I was trying to get a free $14 back?? All she could of done was just refund me my money. All I told her was she need to go check the website instead of trying to argue with me. She then proceed to tell me she will need to talk to corporate and get back again. And it's been 1 week later, never heard from them. I will not be returning ever again. I will take my money...

Here's a waitress at said she was the person in charge that treated as rudely said they didn't honor discount we were requesting for my birthday even though on every table and several places on each counter advertising discount that I had requested that and when she finally decided that okay they would do what the advertisement ways except for the birthday and staff that was on every table it took over an hour to get us our order and she acted like it was inconvenient and put it on the table and never came back to make sure we had everything we needed and since we appreciate it hurt so much we made sure that when we left the chips that we gave it to the hostess is that they had helped us a staff not the waitress named Rosa who was rude to us took over an hour to put our order in and get it to us and after that much of a weight and stuff the only other thing she did then pretty much just dropped the food at the table good make sure we had everything or needed anything she just would glare at us in and because of how she was we chose to not give her a tip at all and that hosted too greedy lesson sat down and made sure we had anything we needed and stuff and so apologetic and helpful and staff that we made sure that if we did leave we handed and gave to her because she was the one that was more of a waitress to us then the supposed head...

Well we go they're a lot and usually the staff is really nice but this time there was a problem with the birthday barcode when you go on the website to retrieve your breakfast,and so we were trying to get someone to help us with that and Irma the waitress there was trying to be helpful said it got taken off but didn't (She tried but couldn't I guess)another waiter was also trying to help and everything despite being busy . A waiter named Dante was extremely rude , he threw an attitude at me ,raised his voice and proceeded to berate me .Lastly at the end trying to pick a fight with me and my boyfriend as we were walking out and Irma had to tell him to stop and be quiet.I think he needs training in customer service and how to treat customers because that is unacceptable. I don't think we're ever going to be going over there anymore because of hot headed unprofessional Dante. Other than that everything else was wonderful. This occurred September 7th...
