Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in California

I don't know what to say that's positive about the 2 large pepperoni pizzas I ordered paid for and walked out with smh . I would post a photo but I'm embarrassed because I actually paid for them and not to mention that I had guests over needless to say I wasn't the only one who took one look at them and thought what happened. First there were barely any topping on the pizzas there was a slice on one btw that too was another thing but there was on one pizza 5 neatly placed Pepperoni's placed at crust that at most 2 to 3 places on the other slices and 2 slices had no pepperoni couldn't help think what was the person who made that pizza doing how that is acceptable is beyond me . The other large pizza was obviously made by the same person. I did have one guest who dared to try but quickly decided after the first and only bite that one bite was enough after learning that it didn't even have any sauce and the dough looked well let's just say everyone lost their appetite for pizza. And the slice my guest decided to try was not easily taken because the pizza was not cut all the way thru so you weren't going to take a slice you more like had to tear you a slice. The worst and poorly made pizzas I've ever spent money on. Idk if whoever made those pizza is there just to collect a paycheck and there's really no excuse on how they are putting out orders like that because I'll be honest I'm too embarrassed to go back and demand my money back because I actually paid and walked out with what I should have looked at and left them with those 2 pizzas there. Not to mention how embarrassing it was to think I thought I was going to serve my guests. So the pizzas where placed were they belonged the trash and we figured out something else for myself and guests to eat. Very good prices. Frequent email offers. Food, so far, has been hot and fresh on time each time. Quick and easy online ordering. Contactless delivery and very nice delivery drivers. Drivers are well directed, finding where to deliver to me seems to be difficult for a lot of people but never had a problem with the driver finding it. Online ordering is very simple and descriptive of items also. My only suggestion is more veggie options for the pasta other than that... 🖐️ High 5 on the ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐ rating Domino's, well deserved for my location! Basacott was great very friendly and helpful. However, the manager there definitely could use some refresh courses in customer service. I had to call the store 4X the first time I called she immediately put me on hold and forgot I was there i was on hold for over 15 minutes, second time she answered and I asked her a question regarding my order and she told me to hold on and she put the phone down and walked away and helped a customer that walked in the store once again forgetting I was on the phone for almost 10 mins, I called back again she answered and said absolutely nothing for another 5 mins or so I even yelled into the phone and she said absolutely nothing like she muted me or something, finally the last time I called she actually answered and I was able to get an answer regarding my question. Word of advice, it doesn't matter how busy you are always check back in with a client on hold every few mins at least then they don't think you forgot about them!! Bad customer...
