Best staff ever! Service, Effort, & Sanitation they Nail it. The Quality of food is exceptional. They are talented cooks & food preppers, they work as a cohesive unit. Every staff member there pitches in and works together and every single person there is friendly and exceptional. I enjoy going there as often as I can, since the change over, they have just nailed it Every. Single. Time. Speaking from the time frame within the last two years. The dining room and restrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day. And it's always so fresh and clean when you go there. Its just rad. I can see their passion, and their dedication and they really take care of that restaurant and they really care for their customers. All of that is rare to find these days. Recently, I seen some of the staff members at Samco after closing, and let me tell you they know and appreciate their regulars, they said hello and reminded me I haven't been to see em in a while! I said hello & gave me a hug Lol, let me tell you though I just love all of the staff down there, and the food is always amazing. Not to sound negative but it’s just disappointing at this point. I have tried countless times to work this out with the la Villa on Chester and nothing happens. I order a PASTOR HOT CHEETO BURRITO that’s it. Nothing special, so why out of the three times this week have I gotten a PLAIN CARNE ASADA. And I paid extra for the hot Cheetos. It’s just people know they can’t do anything but take it back but who wants to go all the way back after they JUST got home to eat. Make sure your order is correct. I ordered the hot Cheeto burrito. I got a meat and bean burrito, I asked for extra lemon told the girl she can charge me for the extra if she likes. I got two small slices of lemon. The employee obviously does not know how to take an order. They didn’t repeat it back to me she just closed the window. Then the guy that handed me my food I asked once again for extra lemon he said it’s in there and asked me if I have payed already. So staff needs to learn to communicate with eachother.
