I would’ve said this is a 5 star place in the past, but as of today, absolutely terrible, missing the most basic concepts of customer service, after an incorrect order. I got the food so I guess that’s something, even if it was wrong, paid for extra sauce, got NO sauce, guy on the phone is arguing with me that he personally made the pizza and put the sauce. Where is the sauce bro?! (See picture)
In the future, when you done effed up, just accept it and move on, could’ve ended the issue, “sauce is missing” and he says “ok, our bad, let me send out the correct version”.
NOT making up his own world of physics and explains; he put the sauce on and the bread and the cheese absorbed the sauce, and “maybe I didn’t see the EXTRA on the sauce”. Ok then, conversation over; you already admit you messed up, the rest is just semantics of you trying to dodge responsibility. Next time just accept that you made a mistake, fix it, and there’s a 5 star review...
Read moreOnly reviewing because I’ve had multiple experiences with incorrect orders, delivery showed up with completely deconstructed sandwich (like nothing even in it? Did the driver drop it or something?), I cannot eat cheese & about 50 percent of the time they remember to get my order correct. App doesn’t update points. The cookie brownie is about the only thing they can seem to get right with each order. Jeeze. Customer service in the past has said they’d send out replacement orders & just never did. I came to the store to wait there for my order & they were so rude. No one WANTS to return for the correct order so why do I feel like I’m being treated like I’m out of my mind trying to get the correct order? I wish I could just eat cheese like the rest of yall but unfortunately for them I’m not okay with paying for an intentional stomach ache on my own dime...
Read moreWe live just right outside the boundaries for delivery for this location. So if we order late at night, we will just use Circle Ks address next door, and they will just walk our pizza over and deliver to our car. The other night, I had lost my car keys and couldn’t make it to Circle K when they were ready, but Jason from Dominos called me, saying he was just about off his shift, and offered to deliver our food to the house, even though it’s out of their delivery boundary. I gotta admit, that’s the kind of person that will keep me going back as a loyal customer. Small acts of kindness make a huge impact and employees like that who do just a little extra, just to be nice make the whole experience a more positive one!
