Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in California

This Dominos is probably the best thing Lakeside has going for it. I've ordered many many times from this locations, and not once have had an issue. Jennifer is usually the one who ends up making my pizzas, and I just gotta say that she deserves a raise!! MMMMMMM I can taste it already. I literally just ordered 2 pan pizzas 5 minutes ago, and my home girl Jenny is hand crafting that masterpiece right now. Damn girl, you're getting my juices FLOWIN. That extra cheese does wooooonders. I cannot thank the heavens enough for blessing us Lakesidians with this delightful gift that is Dominos. The online experience is a journey through a psychedelic wonderland that never ceases to please my every ounce of desire. This isn't your ordinary Dominos, this isn't even your ordinary pizza joint. This, my dear friends, is the result of true love and magic so gracefully intertwined. The great oasis in the Sahara....bliss So what have we learned today? I am so disappointed in the pizza I received today. I have never had problems with pizza like this before. The pizza was undercooked, soggy, and was drenched in garlic sauce. The pizza box was soaked and heavy. When I lifted some of the toppings the dough was raw.

I called the store and an employee answered. The employee proceeded to argue with me about how he was positive the pizza was cooked thoroughly. He stated that all pizza is cooked the same. He argued with me for about 2 mins before he stated, well I’m just an employee let me get my manager.

The manager was polite and told me she would refund my order. I was not offered a different pizza. She quickly just wanted to refund me my money. I offered to take the pizza to the store to show them exactly what I was talking about but they didn’t want to do that. So now I’m waiting on my refund and my family didn’t get pizza today.

The manager did tell me that in the future I should order the pizza well done.

I won’t be ordering from them again. I rather order from a store that can get the job done correctly the first time and not tell me I’m wrong and that my pizza is cooked all the way.

I called this store earlier this morning after attempting to place an order and the store clerk lied to me, telling me they don't open until 12:00 pm. I have ordered from this specific store at least a dozen times, and both Google and the app state that they open at 10:30 am. Not only that, but if they truly are not open, then why was someone there to answer the phone? Why are you telling me the store isn't open when clearly the app AND Google state you are open and have been open for an hour? I called around to the Santee and El Cajon locations and confirmed that they, in fact, open at 10:30 am, but they will not deliver to my home because this location has rights to deliver. Shame on this location for being shady. Would love to just leave and pick up, but how can I if they say the store is closed? Would love to see you drive 15 minutes out of the way with a sick 10-month-old baby while you're hungry. I will be...
