Que Paisa Restaraunt — Restaurant in California

The service was horrible. There was only 2 waitresses and only one of them knew what she was doing. Unfortunately we had the ditzy waitress that looked like she was high on marijuana or some other stuff. She didn’t check up on us but she was busy checking her personal cell phone. She ringed up different stuff that we didn’t order and she was trying to serve us new food when we were finish. She was disrespectful about us telling her and she tried fighting me after calling her out. The food was not even great and we couldn’t tell her because she was in Her own LALA world. This place didn’t even deserve the 1 star I gave . I asked for the manager and nobody stepped up they just took the girl with the piercings and her 10pound eye lashes to the back. I feel bad for the other waitress that has to take her work load too! First and very last time I will go there. Pay attention to...

Don’t eat here, My family and I stopped to have lunch and to start off the waitress wasn’t to helpful it was as if she didn’t want to be there. Once we got the food, my daughters burger n fries was ok, we ordered also two wet burritos, green and red, the food was ok, not the best, the prices are ok too, $10 for a burrito.

The bad thing was when I went up to the counter to pay, I could see the cook thru the little window that they have and he was coughing and clearing out his phlegm from his mouth with his hands, and he was about to continue making the food when he noticed me looking at him, he went over to lightly wash hands. Went in today to dine in with my wife. The worst experience we have ever had we both got a Menudo but unfortunately, there was a finger nail in one of the Menudo yes, as it may sound frightening but it is true very disgusting won’t be visiting this place ever again on top of that the service was very out of topic girls cannot keep up with very few customers in there. I had to ask for everything never came by to ask if we needed something else. This place is a run very unprofessional. And after all of this happen, nobody reached out to us to apologize.
