Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in California

I have been to this Wienerschnitzel location twice and after my most recent visit I felt compelled to leave a review. Each time I have came to this location I have been nothing but pleased with my experience. The staff got my order correct each time and I am a very picky eater. I also was able to use multiple coupons during my visit and received a ton of food for exactly $10. The place was clean and not too busy when I visited it and inside the establishment was very clean as well. Wienerschnitzel also offers re-wards through their app, discounts if your student and a free corndog if you send a text message to their promotion number. Hands down 4...

Unfortunately we had a negative experience as first timers to wienerschnitzel in general.

8/22/22 I just got around to updating my review, please excuse my delay. A manager called me regarding my review. He asked me several questions as to the placement of the hair. He apologized for my experience and requested permission to call me back tomorrow (the next day) to speak about possible compensation due to it being and unfortunately negative experience. I was looking forward to hearing back from him however, I never did. I hope they at least are being more careful of how the food is served and I hope the frozen food prepping location is...

Wait time is a little long due to the configuration of the restaurant spacing; which is unchangeable. The corndog is alright although pricey for a hotdog based meat product.; sweet'ish wrapping with the dog inside and the meat doesn't overwhelm the taste. Staff is nice enough. End of the day it's an expensive hotdog so lower your expectations (you can buy a pack of dogs at the store+buns for less than the price of the least expensive option...
