My brother and mom and I are regulars here, and for the most part service has been great, tonight however we went through the drive-thru we ordered 12 tacos and fries and a couple of drinks, the guy who was taking the order was in a hurry to rush us through never once asking if we needed anything else but giving us a total and asking us to pull to window before we were even done with our order, when we got to the window he gave us a bag and our drinks and told us to have a nice day even though it was already late in the evening, we got home unpacked our groceries and found out they only gave us fries and a drinks not the 12 tacos, so we called them to make them aware of their mistake we were greeted by a lady claiming to be the manager named Jasmine over the phone we told her of the mistake asked her to please make sure the tacos were fresh and then for no apparent reason she claimed we were talking to her in a certain manner that was disrespectful and hung up on us needless to say we pulled up and she continued to berate us and even defended the employee who lied and said he told us to wait for the tacos when he never did, it was caught on our dash cam, he literally told us to have a nice day after giving us only the fries and a drink, her attitude and behavior towards her customers was unacceptable and unprofessional she was acting like we made a mistake instead of owning up what they forgot they decided to blame the customer, this unprofessional lady named Jasmine should not be working here usually the people are a lot nicer than she was, she was combative and unprofessional and should be removed from...

I am an Altadena homeowner and Pasadena native, have frequented this location for decades. Unfortunately, the drive thru has an entrance in two directions, so the opportunity for a car to cut the line happens often and management doesn’t man the line when it becomes crowded. Someone cut me off and by the time I reached the window, the young female window employee decided to taunt me, instead of apologizing for the wait, to show solidarity with the person who cut the line - felt race-related in these divisive times. I've only ever purchased from this location about 3 times, but this last time was not a good experience. The employee trough drive-thru informed me they were out of one of the sauces I requested, and that was fine since they said they put the other ones. They didn't. They only put 2 sauces for one burger, ten tacos, and two sets of fries. Not only that, half the tacos were overcooked and one of them was half missing (I'm assuming it broke when it was getting cooked), and they still proceeded to give me half a taco in the bag. Very...
