Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

Keep giving this place a try again because its close to my house but more time's than not they get it wrong. Ordered the new sauce and loaded sando (spicey) or atleast it was supposed to be. It was good BUT not what i wanted. Then also got the fam faves with mozzarella sticks, tiny tacos and curly fries. The (6) mozzarella sticks 2 had cheese the other 4 looked like the cheese all on the outside. Cold and hard like they'd been under a heat lamp for hours and so did the curly fries. Pretty disappointed again. So there's a big disadvantage going through the drive through. Unless you look at your order right away you dont find out till you get home. At that point its not worth going back. Atleast the other orders were right and i guess...

I went there on Sunday to get a $10.00 gift card. There was one person in front of me that needed order. It took me ten minutes to get waited on. The manager (she had on a different clored shirt than the other staff) was rude and would not acknowledge us standing at the counter. This lady told the cooks she was not taking any orders until they caught up. Should I say there was one car in drive thru and one customer in the dining area waiting for food. Afrer ten minutes when i was waiited one the lady had no idea how to do the gift cars. She had to call another Burger King to find out how to do it. She was rude and after 15 minutes I gave up and went to get a gift card from some place else.i will not...

The newly remodeled Jack looks really nice but when I had to go and use the restroom there was no toilet paper available and was forced to use what I call ass gaskets the food was decent done perfectly to order they handed Ranch to every order even though we did not order it ketchup and taco sauce were on the tables along with napkins, the staff was courteous and seemed a bit busy after 6 Rush overall we like the place except for I gave it a 3-star due to having to use the gaskets... Came back a 2 weeks later found out someone STOLE IT! Like who dose?? Anyhow foods fresh and good every time we come, its all been...
