Tacos La Villa Mexican Grill — Restaurant in California

Me and my family’s first time coming here was horrible. I could see the young guy making our food through the drive through window, The whole time he was making our food he kept pulling his mask down, talking and laughing with the other employees. I know at that point I should have just left but we had paid already and it was late, we were tired and just wanted to get food and go home.

When we got home and opened everything up none of the food looked appetizing. But since we were starving, we decided to give the food a try. Big mistake. I was disgusted to find this robe/plastic whatever this is in my shrimp burrito. That was it for me. I am so upset, like how could the cook not see this huge plastic while putting the burrito together. Maybe it was because he was too busy messing around instead of making sure he’s doing his job right.

We went back to the restaurant to get our money back but they never returned my 1690 reward points that I had used to pay for part of my order. And they made us wait more than 15 minutes just standing there while they’re in the back . While standing and waiting for the guy to come back, the cook kept pulling down his mask. A woman had started taking over the Drive-through I seen her drop a lid on the ground, pick it up and still put it on a drink instead of getting a new one. So this leads me to think that this place has no one managing and making sure employees are...

The sevice was terrible i orderd 3 burritos and there was a bunch of workers behind me they all orderd after me and there servers brought all of there food out first i think its cause i was wearing American flag clothing they served all the haspanic men first well leaving my kids food in a bag on the counter after 5 mins of them finish serving like 8 of them they finaly picked my bag off the counter and called me for my food and didnt even give me my drink very racist of them i usally go thru the drive thru but this time i went inside they didnt give me the kinds of sauces i wanted next time i will be driving to a diffrent location never have i wanted to be rude to someone serving my food i held my feelings in and just walked away got home my kids food was cold had to microwave there food and i only live 3 mins from this location made me feel like i had to sit in the back of the bus type energy they had i paid 55 almost 56 bucks for 3 burritos and a drink very poor service

Cheap basic burrito! Let me tell you, the asada was perfect. One of the best I've had for under $10.

Not a fan of the Cali-style burrito with the fries rolled in, so I got fries on the side. Fries should be appreciated for the greasy good they are... fries here are good!

Self serve grilled onion and peppers and salsa bar and both green and red salsa. Loved it, because I love my burrito to be swimming in salsa.

Notably, the restrooms were clean. The only downside was the napkin dispenser on the service counter was empty. When I asked for napkins, I was told it was "over there" with the fountain drink dispenser... not in a napkin dispenser and some were partially soiled. Gross... anyway, hence why some people prefer to get their napkins from a dispenser-- because it's more sanitary and I don't want something I potentially use to wipe my mouth to be exposed to other people's...
