Burger King — Restaurant in California

I love Burger King 🤴 and can't get enough of their whoppers. The food was good and their 3 for 3 is a good deal. The fries, which has always been an issue with BK, where fresh and delicious. The 3 star rating is because their drive-thru menu and signs are very unclear and difficult to read. They have absolutely non of their current promotions posted such as the 3 for 3 and the menu is missing parts and pieces were sliding down out of place. Its hard to place an order when you don't know what your options are. Their beverages are partially on the menu in other words it shows small medium large and a price but not what your beverages you can choose from other than the basic Coke, Sprite, etc. This location is also very difficult to get in and out of and the parking lot is confusing if your not familiar with it. The way its tucked in by the overpass and freeway creates accessibility issues and the way the parking lot is split from the parking lot of the small retail/food locations on the same corner make it feel very unplanned and forced. The developers who created this mess...

So ...I understand it is Christmas night and people having to work is tough...But undercooked beef etc is dangerous .Went to this burger king at about 7:20 and didn't leave until 8:10 pm almost a full hour in the drivethru and I couldn't back out because I was locked in by other vehicles. Issue 1: The intercom was broke so all orders had to be taken at the window. Issue 2: The Chicken Nuggets were soggy and had no flavor, was like taking a big bite of wet cardboard. Issue 3: Even with the intercom broke it took 50 Mins to get served. Issue 4: And MOST importantly....The Bacon king I ordered was undercooked and still pink to the point you can clearly see it in the pics and it made the bread soggy.I noticed the undercooked meat because it tasted funny and was soggy .... In conclusion I will never eat at this Burger King again .I know it doesn't reflect on on the franchise and this review solely pertains to this Location.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that nobody eats here until it improves the quality of its employees and food.I hope I do not get sick and...

We went to this Burger King tonight September 23rd about a half hour ago around 7:30 p.m. when we ordered at the drive-thru we pull up and just for 2 minutes we need to see what we want to order I know Burger King does not have a menu before the actual drive-thru speaker the way that Jack in the box does that way you already know what you want in advance but we didn't even take that long and the girl was rushing us before we even got started and then after my husband ordered his combo I said hang on a minute because he wanted to say no mayo etc and the girl kept saying is that it over and over? Also he ordered a bacon burger and it came without bacon it might seem like a minor thing but when you pay outrageous prices for food and inflation is the way it is you should get what you ordered and I can see it if we were actually holding people up in the Drive-Thru but we didn't even take that long and there was nobody behind us and then when we got up to the window we still had to wait to be acknowledged while she got our order together...
