Taco Bell — Restaurant in California

Upon arrival the card reader at the counter wasn't working. The cashier came from behind the counter and placed my order at the touch screen. I thought that was very helpful and courteous. He asked me if I wanted my reciept texted or emailed to me. I told him please print it. He then went back behind the counter and printed it. All the while he had a very positive, professional attitude. My food was ready by then, he gave it to me with the beverage container. I got my drink hurriedly on my way back to work. I was drinking my soda without a lid he asked me if I wanted on. Which I didn't. As I was leaving I asked for some salt. He went to the back to get it. I was in a hurry so I walked out to my vehicle. He came out to my car with the salt in his hand. He was very respectful and professional. He customer service was above and beyond. That was the best service I have received in my entire life....

I am writing this review specifically about the Carolina Reaper sauce. I grow hot peppers, including Carolina Reaper, and was excited to see the ultra hot pepper craze finally got to the mainstream food industry. The sauce tastes great and the location I visited gave me an extra container of it but I am a little disappointed that there does not seem to be much Reaper in the sauce. On the Scovell scale I would guess this is somewhere between 10,000 and 30,000 but a sauce made from straight reaper/vinegar mash and seasonings would be easily over a million. Good attempt but if you want to please the people who are interested in something marketed as having an ultra hot pepper in it, I would step up the heat significantly, in the 1/4 to 1/2 million Scovell range...

The food is pretty good, the service inside isn't the greatest. Lots of standing around and talking while taking food orders and in between orderings. The inside is clean but as stated too much talking and not caring if customers are wanting to know every detail they are talking about.. which I do not! I go inside to order and father thoughts while I eat or wait on my to go order, so loud and obnoxious behavior makes me get frustrated and want to leave immediately.
