Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

Regional manager pablo gave us a coupon to get a free meal because the employees didnt pit in my coupons that I gave them. I came back around 1 in the morning to use the coupon and the chinese guy and mexican guy with all his tattoos said they couldnt use the coupon and that they had no manager or shift leader available and we said we had came earlier and that there regional manager pablo gave it to us he said he doesnt know a Pablo and said he cant get ahold of anyone because he doesn't have anyones contact info and he and the guy went in dining room to sit and eat while they had a long line in drive thru. We waited in drive thru almost 30 minutes and they didnt do anything but feed there faces in dining room. I had to drive to the jack in the box in bonso and they honored the coupon. Thank God for the kid that was working in bonso because he actually knew what manners look like and very respectful. Fallbrook jack is the worse and I cant believe the people they hire they have no manners and are so disrespectful and don't care about there job. Fallbrook jack is the worsed. They need to hire more people that actually care about there job. Im so disgusted with the jack here in fallbrook. I can't believe the disrespect and people they have working here. I am going to take this further because I will not be disrespected again here this is the last straw. Even though In Person Dining Room says it is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday through Friday the Dining room area is closed to public it is now 6:50 am. I was hoping to be able to get a hot coffee and a breakfast jack and a few tacos on my way to work. Yet unfortunately the Dining room is closed and they seam to not really care that I was knocking trying to ask when they will open. Anyways I had to catch the next bus and I didn't want to be late for work and now I am heading to work on a empty stomach. Tomorrow if the dining room is not open at 6:00 am as the sign says it should be I will go eat breakfast else ware.

This is not a typical day for me anyways and I do like my early morning roast of hot coffee and so it only seams right to write a post about this Jack in the Box location. Apparently this location doesn't like dine-in paying customers. Maybe if management is nice I could get free tacos due to the fact that I came a long distance on my way to work and to find that this location is not serving dine-in customers. They by far have the worst customer service out of any place I've ever gone not only are they extremely rude they messed up every last combo that was ordered and they wouldn't even let my four-year-old use the bathroom saying that the bathrooms were only for employees when asked to speak to a manager the worker claimed there wasn't one there and still continued to be extremely rude and then I asked for her managers phone number and she finally decided to get the manager that was there the whole time who was also extremely rude her manager called the store manager and the store manager finally had the problems addressed in the meantime the shift manager that was there and the employee that was so rude started talking a lot of trash in Spanish not realizing I understood everything they were saying and the thing I have to wait for 40 minutes for which was a burger that was never given at first for my son end up making him sick to a point where he threw up on the way home which makes me wonder what they did to it I've kept ahold of the burger and going to have it tested because there's a high chance I will...
