Jenna Sue's Cafe — Restaurant in California

I had an appointment in Boulder Creek last Saturday. I wanted to get there early and find a cool spot for coffee. I decided on Jenna Sue's. I'm not familiar with BC at all and had a bit of a hard time finding it only to find I'd passed it twice. I parked on a side street next to a really cool mural and walked across the street. I said good morning to a guy who had 2 coffee's and a bag of what was probably food. I asked is that JS's? He answered yes and told me to get the biscuits n gravy. I really was just thinking coffee unless something looked good. I owe that gentleman a huge thank you. I had THE BEST biscuits n gravy. Clean & tasty not greasy & gut busting. Great customer service. The two woman who were working in the morning were very friendly and were helpful.

Edit: Returned twice in the last week for a bagel and cream cheese. The first time unfortunately my bagel was burned.

The following week I returned and ordered same bagel slightly toasted with the cream cheese on the side. Sadly my order was made incorrectly and had to wait for a remake. I spent my whole break waiting. Had to eat it two hours later :(

The menu prices have increased. The cashier did not mention this to me. It is very important for a business to let customers know of price increases before charging. Great sandwiches, generous on the portions. Three stars because every time I come in here even when it looks slow, the older woman, Susan (classic) working there just looks miserable and rolled her eyes at me. I’ve worked in customer service so I know what it’s like to be busy non stop and to attend to people during a rush, but she could have at least told me it was going to be a while and I would have understood.
