Ordered my regular Giant #9 on whole wheat bread and when I get to work to eat it,the bread was white I didn't order white... Other than that,the food was ok and service was friendly... Update: called back the next day to see what could be done about my sandwich being made wrong,and I was asked if I ordered online, I said no, I walked in,and I don't know what I did with my receipt,they said I should of brought it back to them to fix it yesterday,I explained I worked till 1100pm and if I saved the sandwich I would not of eaten during my shift, besides I can't leave my job until I am off Girl said policy dictates they couldn't do...

Plenty of parking. It was busy when we arrived. Several people in line. They made errors creating 1 of the sandwiches and had to make a new one. It was busy and I can see how they confused the orders. Also missed a different sandwich when they rang it up so we made 2 transactions. In the end I received the correct order and was satisfied. The employees had good attitudes and that made the experience more enjoyable. Store was clean and had seating inside. This was my first time eating at a Jersey Mikes. I was satisfied but wouldn't go out of my way to come here. For me there is a better sandwich shop option...
