I have lived in the area since 1956. Since this KFC franchise has been run by the existing parties it has been a disappointment! Not to mention yet the food itself: the service personnel is horrendous, rude, curt, unprofessional in every aspect that one would expect fast food service not to be. Not one placed order, via the take-out window, been correct . . . NEVER!! If I don't check the bags prior to leaving I end up having to return to this establishment for correction. Problem #1: Last night I had close to a $50 order. Among other items I ordered 2 bar-b-q sandwiches. At the window I noticed that only one was being placed in a bag. I asked the young man if he would check to c if there were 2 sandwiches packed & bagged, he stated that, "yes there were" as he "personally checked my bags" himself. Insult #1- he lied 2me. Insult #2 - I had only 1 sandwich in my bag. Same order, Problem #2: I ordered the "Family Dinner" with 'grilled' chicken. Upon arriving home & opening the chicken box I discovered their grease-soaked 'original' style chicken, not the grilled style ordered! Same order, Problem #3: Upon opening the bag containing the sm carton of gravy I found the entire carton of gravy opened & sloshing in the bottom of the bag. Ended up with half the amour of gravy, perhaps 1/4C for 2 orders of mashed potatoes. Same order, problem #4: The sandwich buns were stale & crust surrounding bun was so hard we had to cut away the offending sections of bread. Ended up throwing out bun & using one-slice of our own bread! One visit, 4-different problems! Last night they went above & beyond their normal service standards! How the manager is allowed to continue to represent the owners (franchisers) of this business is beyond any rational reasoning. I won't even tackle the subject of the owners responsibilities & professional ethics. Lord forbid we should take a trip thru their food prep area . . Read moreHorrible customer service by the drive thru employee and Erika (not sure if this is the spelling) the manager. Pull up to drive thru and state I want the 2 for $6 special with tenders and a chicken pot pie. Drive thru employee says ”we don't have any chicken pot pies.” I said you never have chicken pot pies when I come even though its dinner time and that is one of the specials.” Her response: ”Have a good night.” Well alright you don't want my business. Call the store and ask for the District Managers name and number and Erika, the manager says she doesn't have it. Okay then give me the number of your store so when I call in to corporate to complain I make sure it's the right store. Erika’s response: ”Can I ask why, ” and when I do she responds ”I am sorry about your attitude problem.” Making a complaint that you are always out of something is not an attitude problem when said with no curse words and in a normal tone.
The employees of this store probably did me a favor as this is not a very clean location. It still bothers me that they have an item on the menu that they never have. I called in once and they were making 3 pot pies. I asked the employee to save me one, and he agreed and stated ”yeah they run out fast.” Arrive only to be told they sold it and we're not making anymore even though it was only 630. If you know you are going to run out then why not make more?

Read moreUpdate still horrible ordered for doordash and three-quarters of our meal is missing and we could not get refunded for the whole thing and even if we tried to order it again with what we did get refunded it would cost us $15 extra and who knows if the whole thing would even be there again. The doordash worker that deliver to us said that they were late with both orders she picked up and both orders were missing most of the items. This place needs to be shut down or have everyone that works there fired and hire new employees. Now that the one on Greenback is closed we have no KFC options in our area.
