Kochi Sushi — Restaurant in California

The good is good, but twice now we have been given rolls we didn’t order. The first time I went back, they argued that it was what we ordered. I didn’t have the menu in front of me and just took what we got. Tasted good, so fine.

Tonight we ordered 4 rolls. One was the Dragon roll. On the menu it claims to have deep fried shrimp and spicy tuna, and does not state avocado. The roll we received was deep fried shrimp and imitation crab and had avocado. I didn’t want to drive back so just ate it. It was fine, just not what I paid for. I specifically chose a roll that did not have crab because I don’t love the imitation garbage. It’s a cheap filler and that is annoying when you pay $17 for a roll.

Overall, we will return. It’s not a terrible option for living in the neighborhood, but I will definitely check our orders before leaving in the future so I can be sure we receive...

I went here, only me and an older couple, with two staff members out front mind you, and I waited for the longest time to get anything done, from my order, getting seated, to the bill. They were acting awkwardly, as if they just didn't want me to be there. All the staff wanted to do was socialize with this old couple. No clue how they expected to get new customers if they heavily favored other customers openly.

I went here years ago, and back then, it was packed and we could easily get our order, but now, I have no clue what went wrong. The fish (not the sushi, the actual fish) fell apart, and I never seen another place that had such an issue. COVID had to had...

My daughter and two friends decided to go here and get some sushi had terrible service got ignored told no later when they asked for water were sat down not given menus had to get them themselves waited 20 to 30 mins to get their order taken alone...once food came my daughter asked for spicy mayo and it wasnt on her plate lady stated use hers...her friends...wow....then asked for the bill after another 30 mins and were told to wait again...The waitress was nice and chatty with all other guests but super rude to my daughter and her friends...they most definitely will not...
