La Michoacana 2020 Antojitos — Restaurant in California

Their customer service is not up to par.

When I walked in there were 4 employees in there, no one greeted me. I asked where did the line start since SOME of the employees were assisting other customers. No one answered my question. All the lights and monitors were off as if a black out had just happened. No biggie but, they left me standing there for a good 10mins without speaking to me or even looking my way. Should I have left? Yes, but I have been wanting to try this place for a while. Now, all 4 employees are at the register while only 1 employee is checking the other customers out. I starred at one of the employees until he made eye contact with me. Even then he still didn’t come over right away. I was getting ready to walk out when he finally walked over and asked what I wanted. He took my order, I asked him “are they taking debit card” because once again all the monitors are black and off. He act like he was confused and he didn’t answer the question. When I got to the counter to get rung up for my food. I handed the lady my card, she had attitude and said “well I’ll try the card but I’m not sure it’s going to work.” Now I’m mad because all they had to do was explain that they were having Tech difficulties. This place is incredible! From all the paletas, assorted ice creams, sorbets and all the Latin snack concoctions you can think of, they can make it for you. My favorite is the bionicos, ohhh man fresh made to order bionicos are the best. The employees are very courteous, quick and pleasant. You can call your order in ahead and just stop in and pick it up. There must be an almost endless choice of snacks and desserts that are made here, come find your favorite. I come here sometimes and every time find extra charges in my receipt! I actually asked about it and said that my child asked for extra so she charges extra 3 times so it was $3 more for Cheetos pieces. The next time I came she remembered me and try to say that there’s no mango and cucumber chopped and when she was charging me said she will charge me for chopping some. I’m like wait so now I’m supposed to pay for you not having something ready for the customers. Seriously annoying! At this point I never want to go back if they are going to harass...
