Highly recommend. I was having BSD errors due to a failing hard drive on a 10 year old Dell XPS 8500. Was really worried about losing data/files on the computer due to problems with my external backup drives, and paying $1000 to have data recovered. Took it to Geek Squad first, and they were zero help and a waste of time. These guys were able to do a rush job over the long weekend and extract my data from the failing hard drive at a very reasonable price. Plus they ran a diagnostic on the desktop which showed that the only problem with the computer was the failing disc drive. So i bought a new SSID internal drive, brought the computer back to the store and they rebuilt it for me in a day. So, for about $300 all in, i now have my XPS 8500 with core i7 back up and running, which let me return the $1700 Dell desktop i had ordered to replace when i thought all was lost. I went there to go get a thing of mine fixed. Little did I know, I was not going to get it fixed but get it more broken. They messed with the screen of my laptop and got it to have black streak on it. Gaslit me into thinking I had TAKEN it like that to their place already! Charged me 80 dollars for something I already knew (which was my charger not working) and when I told them that, they did not GAF. On top of that THEY TRIED TO SCAM 80 MORE from me talking about the battery being messed up and needing fixing. They would not give me a refund for the damages and proceeded to

2021 - The CompuNet team was super helpful and great to work with. They helped me successfully retrieve files off of a very slow and old laptop and wipe the computer to donate despite the fact that I couldn’t even get it to boot up at home. They were always responsive to questions, patient when I asked some things again because I didn’t understand, quick, and communicative. I also learned they are Mac specialists. I would definitely recommend this business as well as return for my own future needs.

2024 - Brought my MacBook Pro in for a new battery and the technician who helped me out, Gio, was once again super helpful — as was the rest of the team.
