Under staffed. Manager had alot of attitude and she was texting, touching her face, cashing customers out, answering phones in the 20mins I was there and not once washed her hands. I expressed my concern about her not washing her hands. She became defensive and rude to me. She stated that they were currently to busy and it's not her fault that they were under staffed. She said she knows what the rules are and that she was not required to wash her hands, since she was not directly touching the food. NO, SHE WAS TOUCHING THE BOXES AND COOKING TOOLS, BOWLS, ECT., that touched the food. Then she proceeded to serve all the other customers , that came in after me. Hours of operation should be adhered to and just because employees want to get off early, not answer the phone, and lock the door, that's not an appropriate reason to close a business before the posted hours. Hundreds of thousands of people rely on Google and Google maps daily to provide them with accurate information so they can decide on where to go, and where to spend their money. I ordered 3 pizzas, but when I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong order. I called the store to let them know, and instead of apologizing and offering a simple solution, they told me I had to drive all the way back and bring the pizzas with me just to "make sure we weren’t scamming them" — their exact words.
I found this completely ridiculous and insulting. Mistakes happen, but treating your customers with suspicion instead of respect is unacceptable. I wasted time and gas fixing their error, and the attitude I got made it even worse. I won’t be returning to this location...
