Pizza Hut — Restaurant in California

I was informed that I would need to order online to get one of the specials, so I registered on Pizza huts website. The online deal was $12.00 for a large pizza up to 5 toppings. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and requested extra cheese/pepperoni in the special instructions as 2 of my toppings. I called the location right after I placed the order to clarify special instructions and I was informed that I would have to pay for the extra cheese it does not count as a topping. I said ok. I arrived at the pizza hut only to learn that extra cheese was added, but not the pepperoni. The pizza was not to my liking and they Refused to honor their online special. Conveniently, no one knew who I spoke to, the incompetent manager tells me that I cannot get 5 toppings. I never requested 5 toppings, I just wanted my pizza fixed the way I ordered it. In order to get my Pizza the way I wanted it would cost me $17.00 After standing there explaining the problem 3x's to, two different individuals I just turned around and walked out tbe door. I'm not going to argue with them or spend my money for something that I don't want. That was a complete waste of time and gas. I ordered over the phone . When I got there the boy on the phone told me to wait just a minute. 5 min. Later a lady walked in for her pick up. The guy said wait a min. With his finger pointing at my husband. Then the delivery guy came in and the boy on the phone talking to family said for him to help us. He asked me if it was for pickup or delivery. I said pick up for Dwayne. He said for Marie I said no. The other lady was Marie. She said that's mine. So the delivery guy started to help her. Mind you, we head been waiting. The guy still on the phone. My husband said Honey let's go somewhere else. I said Okay. He was not happy. Until we went 2 doors down and ate at the Mexican restaurant. They were so kind and caring. We eat inside instead of take out. Will NEVER go back to the pizza hut on Elkhorn Ave. Ever...

I can’t believe the service I received from this place. I ordered two pastas and one had hair in it. Again, had hair in it so really I shouldn’t even be making this post because that should have been handled with no problem. But instead they insisted that I bring the pasta back up there in order to get a refund. I then told them I’m at work and that I work at a hospital so I can’t just leave to go back. She also said she can remake the food so I told her send a DoorDash to deliver and she said no they can’t do that and I said yeah because it cost money to travel back and forth so why should I be expected to do that when it was there mistake. Their mistake should not be my inconvenience, they could have an easily fixed this issue and instead chose to go back and forth with me about it. Worst...
