Horrible customer service. I went today to get a Cold Cut Trio. The girl making my sandwich was nice. I've been getting this sandwich for years not only at other locations but this one as well. I don't like tomatoes, onions or bell peppers so I just get lots of lettuce, pickles and black olives. So while she's adding my toppings the so-called "owner" is hovering and is at the counter cutting some meat. As she's done adding the salt-n-pepper I ask her if she can wrap them in 2 halves. She said sure. Next thing the "owner" turns around and says to the worker "that's too much"! The girl goes she asked for that. So she continues to wrap my footlong in 2 halves and I asked for some cookies. She put my food in the bag and is about to ring me up when the "owner" gets up goes to the food and takes off a label and hands it to me or i thought. I reach for it and say what's this? (Thinking he's handing me an advertisement or store coupon) and as I'm reaching for it he pulls it back and says "THIS IS HOW MY SANDWICHS ARE MADE" and "NEXT TIME IM GONNA HAVE TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA!!!" I'm like are you serious? I've been coming here for years and always got my sandwich made this way. Everywhere subway makes them like this!!! I'm not understanding. I don't like the other stuff like tomatoes and peppers so instead of those toppings I get more pickles and olives. He goes ill have to charge you extra next time. Im like that makes no sense, i guess i wont come here anymore. He says "DONT COME BACK!! The girl rings me up and I say I'm paying over $10 for this sandwich and it's not even worth the price. I said you just lost a loyal customer. So she gives me my change and receipt. I take it and start to walk away and the so-called "owner" says (as 2 new customers walk in) DONT COME BACK!!!! I said I won't and your store sucks anyways!!! There was no need for his rudeness im spending my hard earned money coming to his place of business and for him talking to me a paying customer like this is uncalled for. I need someone high up in the company to take a look at how this franchisee is conducting business and treating customers this way. I should've just gave her back the sandwich and got my money back. With they way prices are going up everywhere he needs to be nicer to paying customers if he wants to stay in business!!! Hopefully corporate sees this and contacts me. Clearly they do not know how to train efficient employees, they are scattered all over, while i was visiting this place they made me repeat myself more than 20 times. I work in customer service and i know that when i serve my customers they are always right!!!! DO NOT ARGUE WITH A CUSTOMER OF YOUR BUSINESS THEY ARE WHAT PAY YOUR BILLS!!!!!!!! When i got here they were a bit busy by the time i left the line was out the door yes it was twelve oclock but the organization of the employees was awful (there were 5 employees there at this time). they were running into each other and yelling at each other; hence why i had to repeat myself. then when i went to the manager to give a little constructive criticism, that they maybe should have a bit more organization when they are this busy she argued with me telling me that i shouldnt tell her how to run her business then she was asking me what my business was. all i have to say is 1. never argue with a customer im bringing my money into your place of business to spend. and now i will never return, keep treating your guests like this you will for sure run yourself into the ground 2. maybe focus more on running your business efficiently than the customers business.you cant be successful without making mistakes LEARN HOW TO TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM AND LEARN FROM IT!!! also the quality of their produce was awful they were putting brown wilted lettuce on sandwhiches and the tomatoes they were using looked like they were definitley mushy and old. I wanted to save some money and use the deal Subway is offering buy 2 subs and get them for $5 each in the app. I downloaded the app however I wasn't familiar with the app and I thought I eas adding the sandwiches to my cart but instead I purchased them. In the app it says to cancel the order call the store right away so I did. The store informed me the owner and manager is not there and I have to cancel in the app. I told the employee I did not want the order do not make the sandwiches I'm going to cancel in the app. I hung up and tried again to find a way to cancel. There is no way in the app to cancel the order. I called back the store and was given the managers cell phone # I called them to cancel the order however I was told since the sandwiches were made they can not cancel. I told the manager I told the employee not to make the sandwiches that I'm not going to pick up the order. Very rudely I was told they can not cancel my order or give me a giftcard for a later date.
