Food is always tasty, and waitresses are always very kind. My only complaint was that at our last visit, I went to the counter to ask staff(a very young lady) if we could be moved to a bigger table. Only because we were six adults sitting at a 4-person table. I figured that since a lot of other bigger tables had opened up, I was going to ask if they could move us. The staff immediately replied, " No, we have a lot of other people waiting for tables." When I tried to point out other tables, she rudely repeated herself. I was surprised with her customer service because every other staff member we had there had great hospitality skills. I know this is a small neighborhood restaurant, but staff need to be more mindful of how they treat patrons, even if it means just using different wording to seem less offensive. The plates we ordered were: Chile Relleno, Machaca con Huevo, y Menudo. We all received tortillas as well, they offer both de maíz (corn) and de harina (flour).

The Chile Relleno plate comes with a side rice and beans and two chille pasillas. The Menudo can be with either grains or without.

The food was delicious and was very filling. Some drinks, such as coffee, can come in a cute jug/jug.

The older waitress with glasses is rude. My family was going to a table for four but we asked if we could sit at another table and she just rolled her eyes and told us that there are a lot of people waiting outside. While true, they could have sat at our table and we could have sat where we wanted. A couple (2 people) ended up sitting where we wanted to and they could have easily sat at out table. Can't suggest a better place, the food is good, prices are decent, place is very clean, the staff is super nice and helpful, always smiling and willing to help. I am a very picky eater and when i took sip of the Caldo de Res just from the soup itself I knew their food was going to be delicious. On point, gave my compliments to the chef and did be completely honest in saying the rice was a bit bland missing a tad of flavor but other than that it was amazing.
