Burger Zone — Restaurant in California

The other day was my first time going to that restaurant despite living down the street from it. Didnt order and NEVER WILL! I Pull up to order and the first thing they tell me, "can you pull up to the front we'll take your order here" I've never been here and only heard of through reccomendation. So I tell the lady "I'm not done looking through the menu" she says "okay" not even a minute later she asks me a bit more boldly"could you do me a favor and pull up to the drive thru we'll take your order here" so I pull up like "okay.... That was a bit rude..." And when I get to the window she's outside asking me and I qoute "what do you want tonight?, Do you want a sandwich, fries,onion rings,burger,pastrami,chili cheese fries? And with every menu item she said, she snapped her fingers! I just left and told them no thank you. Now through all this there were no cars behind me. There was no reason to rush and the whole ordeal took less than 5 minutes. Never going there again or reccomending it. Worst customer...

I've ordered the DUI Supreme - Chili Cheese Fries with Pastrami and Asada many times in the past - Most days it is delicous. Occasionally, it can be saltly. But the portions given are insane and massive. One is good enough to share for 2 people, possibly 3.

I definitely love the Wet Chile Verde Burrito 🌯. The green sauce on top is where the money is at and the pork is usually very juicy and tender. Portions are also massive. I usually order this and place it in a glass container to reheat at work for lunch.

Not pictured is the fried chicken basket that we ask for extra crispy, and that is soooo bomb. I love how well seasoned the chicken skin is and the crunch.... 😍 The extra crispy fries taste like meat... It must be the oil they are deep fried in, so delicious.

The cheeseburger is ok. It's good, but it definitely doesn't compare to In-n-Out. I would order it again since this place is right down the street from me. They have a special...

Tonight was my first and last time giving this place a try! What a way to ruin your appetite. I came here to get a wet burrito in green salsa, hamburgers and a breakfast burrito. I specifically asked for everything without onio, my kids and I do not like onion and guess what they did? They put onion on everything except the burrito, when we got home and were getting ready to eat I noticed the onio on my burrito, I drove back to the restaurant and told them to change it and the lady taking the order (Reg2 PM) said to my face “You did not tell me anything”. Seriously? If I don’t like onions, this is the first thing I always make sure to tell the person taking my orders. She did not give me an exchange.........this was such a waste of time and money. If your job is to take the customers orders you should at least do your job right after all that is what you get paid for. NEVER COMING BACK, IF I COULD RATE THIS A...
