McDonald's — Restaurant in California

While we do mess up orders and late at night we get understaffed making drivethru and lobby hard to manage, we do try. The managers are doing better than they were and i think customer service has improved but could still be worked on, me included. Tho that being said some people that come thru are extremely entitled and we keep timers all of the store of when cars pull inti drive thru and i promise in the year ive been there the longest ive seen was 17 minutes at night so be wary of the people exaggerating they're time waiting. The food can be eh if u dont ask for it fresh but thats just a franchise thing i feel like. Also i and several other employees have tried to change the store hours and cant. But regardless our hours are 5am-midnight (1am fri-sat). Crew is fun usually but a lot of us are usually exhausted from working too much cause the staff is stretched pretty thin. We have a ton of regulars that always come thru and they're always nice to see cause at least we know we're doing right enough to keep most of our customers returning nearly daily. Anyway stores gotten better but can always use work. Only thing i wish i could change is being able to wear pink more and paint my nails again :3. The dress code is lame. Davey went here like a few month sago with Davy cool friend Mike ago adn Davey ordered a Big Baconator and the y siad that they din't have that but they offered to give me a really big buerger and i said yes. Mike ordered a McChicken and the manager said "of course you'd order that wouldn't you?" and Davey and Mike were VERY UPSET because this was a racial comment and Davey loves everyone.

We asked manager for his name and he said "Abdul" and Davey call McDonalds corpoprate and they said they agree with Abdul and we got very upset.

After that Davey looked at my order and they got it very wrong. Davey ordered a Big Baconator and Mike ordered a Big McChicken and Davey got a sponge from the kitchen and it tatsted okay. Mike got a repackaged Cluck Sandwich and two tacos that we clearly saw them go to the nearby Jack in the Box down the road for. Not cool. Davey like cool
